Chapter 21
Paul opens his eyes after two hours almost. He does not look for anyone and thinks of spending some time in the garden before going to the Oak Office. He fell asleep on the sofa in the living room. He goes to open the door to come out in the garden and hard sounds on the wood floor knock his ears. It is Uncle Rick. Paul can already sense the careful eyes always watching over him. It does not surprise him. He looks back.
Paul says, “Wanna visit the garden? You’ve really taken good care of those. I like walking beside it.”
