AVERY’s POV Finally, the class for today is done, I've been dying to go home. I stood up from my chair, opened the cupboard, and yanked my bag out from inside happily. I felt so fulfilled. Then reality hit me again, The principal. When I first got the job he was always very nice and sweet to me, but all of a sudden he turned into something else. I did not want what he said about only employing single ladies to stress me out. When I walked out of the school building, I sat on the bench close to the entrance waiting for Camila. I took out my phone from my bag and called her phone, but it was not reachable. I stared at the view in front of me, and all I could do was smoke. The children ran about and waved at me. They looked more eager to leave the school to their houses than I did.
