Austin was in a meeting when my mother surprised me at work with the kids. Something came up that she had to bring them to me. Since it was almost time for us to end the work day. I just kept Xavier and Johnathon with me instead of calling Laura or someone else.
I had Johnathon in my lap playing with him
As he was babbling away. Xavier was playing with his cars off in his own little world, when Austin came down the hall with Kevin.
“Hey, did I miss the memo on bringing your kids to work today? Damn, Danny and Drew would love to see Daddy in action.” Kevin laughed.
“Kelly, why are the kids here?” Austin asked.
“Daddy is grumpy.” I said to Johnathon as he was trying to grab some of my hair.
