"Can we just talk about this?" Cassidy glares at me before storming off towards her bedroom. She hadn't said a word since the meeting with Elder Helm other than "take me home." The car ride was complete silence, her body recoiled as far away from me as possible. Her eyes staring out the window, intent on not making contact.
