Chapter 1
Sara's POV:
'Ugh! I can never let her know I like her and I don't want to switch classes because then I cant see her'
The bell rang for the end of the day and I met my friend Jess at her locker. "Hey Jess" I said. "Hey! Did you... kiss... you-know-who yet?" Jess said. "Don’t talk so loud! And she’s my teacher." I said. "But you like her don’t you?" Jess nudged my elbow with hers. "Shhhhh! Of course I like her. I just wont act on it. She could get fired or something." I pulled Jess closer to the lockers. "She'll never know you like her if you don’t tell her... you know that right?" Jess raised an eyebrow.
"I know. And again, she could get fired. I'm pretty sure she doesn’t even like me so there's no point." I said. I slammed my locker shut, put the lock back on and walked off. Jess followed behind me. "Make me a promise?" Jess caught up with me. "A promise about what?" I asked. "That tomorrow and for the rest of the month you will flirt with Ms. Davis so you can see if she likes you back." Jess smirked. I paused to think. "Fine, if it makes you happy." I said.
"No, it will make you happy." Jess began grinning from ear to ear. "Whatever. Just get in the car so we can go to my house." I said as I got into my white Range Rover.
We pulled into the driveway of my house, “Is it just me, or does your house seem like it got more 'mansioner' since the last time I saw it?" Jess stared at my house. "No, still the same size 'mansion'." I giggled.
"Hey girls, how was school today?" My mom yelled from the kitchen as we entered my house "It was uneventful." I put my keys in my backpack. "How was your day Mrs. Saunders?" Jess exclaimed. "Full of cases and judges." My mom shrugged. "Were going to go upstairs mom. Loads of school work. Love you!" I said. "Okay. Dinner will be ready in about half an hour." My mom stirred the pot she was leaning over. "Gotcha." Jess and I ran up the stairs.
"Your room seems bigger too!" Jess yelled as if she was waiting for a echo. "Well, we recently repainted it and we fixed the balcony. We didn't expand it." I put my backpack in my closet. Jess stepped outside to see what my parents did to the balcony. "Wow! Pretty." Said Jess. "Yup, it was a late birthday present from mom and dad." I said "Its cool. Oh yeah, that color in your room is cute by the way." said Jess. "Thanks." I said.
Jess and I went downstairs and ate dinner then came back upstairs.
"Okay so are you spending the night cause I need to know if I need to get extra blankets and extra clothes for you." I said. "Ummmm...I'm going to text my mom and ask." said Jess.
"She said sure." said Jess. "K, cool. Here are the blankets and your clothes, I'm tired so lets go to bed." I said as I turned off the light and laid down.
