Plot Tristana Colbert is in an abusive arranged marriage arranged by her Alpha father, Shea Colbert, to a friend for several years, Alberto Rodrigues' son, Cristoff. Chapter 1 The wedding was for all intense purposes, a fairytale dream come true for Tristana Colbert, despite it being an arrange marriage by her father, Shea Colbert, pack leader of the pack she comes from. Tristana was beautiful—a 5'9, brunette with streaks of blonde running throughout her long tresses. She turned 18, the age of the agreement to a marriage between his friend's, Alberto Rodrigues' son, Cristoff at the time of their births. Cristoff was a gorgeous, hunky 6'5” Alpha male, whom everyone female in the pack swooned after hoping one day he would pick them. When Tristana was escorted down the aisle by her father, the female guests were weeping at the loss of a male they could never have. But just hours after Tristana and Cristoff were married, he was already unfaithful to Tristana on their wedding night as he was scrolling his phone looking at the messages from well wishers on is wedding day. “I just wanted to congratulate you on your wedding day.” Sarjane Telson told Cristoff. Sarjane was the love Cristoff's life as the two had a brief romance in high school. Knowing his wedding to Tristana was looming close, the two forbidden lovers hid their feelings for each other. But it only cost Tristana her happiness as Cristoff took out his misery on her. The abuse began the first night as Cristoff refused Tristana his husbandly duties, giving excuses as to why he couldn't. So, upon anticipation of her wedding night being a romantic event, Tristana spent her wedding night locked in her bedroom suite while Cristoff partied with his friends. “Hey, where's your wife?” Cristoff's pal, James inquired, when he didn't see Tristana. “Oh, she was too tired to join and went to bed almost as soon as we arrived home.” Cristoff explained. “Oh, man, that's got to be harsh? Not being able to be with your wife on your wedding night?” “Well, what can I say, I wanted to be gentlemanly and give Tristana her space. There'll be other nights for us.” “Yeah, I guess you're right.” As Cristoff and James mingled with the guests, Tristana was locked away in another room in the suite. Meanwhile, in another part of the city, the Crimean pack was celebrating Justin coming of age and his search for his fated soulmate as Justin's parents looked upon the moon goddess to determine who their son's match would be.
