Chapter 10

I woke up feeling an empty space in the bed, I opened my eyes and looked around the room and didn’t see anyone but I heard the shower running. Already naked I went and poked my head in to see Sameul in the shower. I snuck in and got in there with him. “Goodmorning beautiful” he said kissing my lips. “Good morning, how did you sleep?” I asked smiling up at him. “It was the best sleep I think I’ve ever had in my entire life. How about you, my love?” he asked. “The same, I’ve never felt so safe. I don’t think I could ever go another night without that feeling.” I said to him, I felt like I had known him forever and like we had loved each other a lifetime, I just couldn’t picture myself without this man. He grabbed my waist and pulled me close to him “I guess it’s a good thing you’ll never have to.” he kissed me again. “Let’s get you clean, and then I can take you to meet everyone.” he said. He started washing my hair, then the conditioner, he washed my body from head to toe, his touch was so perfect and sensual. We got out of the shower and I realized I had no clothes except for some pajamas and my dress, and I was definitely not going to be meeting his family and friends in pajamas. “Uh, Sam. I don’t have anything to wear or any of my makeup or anything. I can’t meet everyone in a ball gown or pajamas.” I said hoping he had something I could possibly wear, I would rather wear his shirt before I wear pajamas or a ballgown. “I’ve got something being brought up for you, and your mom brought some of your makeup and products up this morning.” he said. “My mom?” I asked, I forgot to tell my mom about Sameul, she must have been worried sick. I went to walk over to my phone and a knock came to the door. “Mr.Alexander, here is your breakfast and your Ms.Summers’ clothes and makeup. Enjoy” an omega said. “Here love, I hope this is all you need.” he said to me, handing me my things. I walked over to the bed and started putting my clothes on, he had them bring me a black lace shirt with half sleeves and a pair of ripped jeans and converse. Nothing about my outfit was fancy but it was nice and it was something I would wear any other day. “Did you tell them what to bring me?” I asked. “Yeah, I just kinda tried picking something like you were wearing the first time we met.” he said smiling over at me. I chuckled and went back to getting ready, he remembered the outfit I was wearing. “I told you he loves us, of course he remembers. You are such a child, acting giddy over anything.” Zarya snarked at me. “You have an attitude ma’am, why? We stayed the whole night with our love. Calm down and let me be.” I said back to her, last night was perfect and I thought she would be happy. “Oh stop thinking that, I am happy. We have our mates and our marks, I just would like to meet Draco in person. Our small conversations just aren’t enough, I want to meet him.” She insisted. “Sam, I’ve never shifted before and Zarya wants to meet Draco in person, when can we let them meet each other?” I asked him while I fixed my hair. “That is entirely up to you. You haven’t had your first shift and I have. So you decide when and we’ll do it.” he replied back to me. I put my makeup on just thinking about it, was I ready now? Was today too busy of a day? I have school tomorrow so do I want to do it tonight? I know if when I do let them meet, it completes the bond 100% and I really want that with him. “Can we do it tonight?” I asked him. “Are you sure? You have school tomorrow right? One week left and you can’t miss out on that.” he said back to me. “Yes I do, but all of this week is just a filler week, we’re not doing anything important so I can just go in at lunch.” I said, I really hope he agrees, Zarya was a gift to me so I really feel like I wanted to do this for her. “If you’re sure you want to shift tonight we can babe, I just want you to be prepared. It’s not easy and it is painful, so you will be very vulnerable. But if you’re sure we can go ahead and go out tonight.” I smiled and nodded, I knew I wanted to shift with him and soon. I had to do this for Zarya, plus I really wanted to meet Draco. I finished getting ready while he ate his breakfast and went to sit over beside him to eat with him. “Usually we all meet in our personal dining hall and have breakfast together but I told everyone I wasn’t going to bombard you with all of them at once. We’re going to go meet my parents in my office then after we’ll meet everyone else to get the day started. I know it’s going to be a busy day full of meeting people, but we have to get everything ready. And tonight we can go and see your parents if you want.” I wanted to tell my mom everything, I knew she would be so excited for me but I also knew she wouldn’t want me leaving home. I walked over and grabbed my phone and sat back down with Sam. When I turned it on and the messages started pouring in, messages from my mom, dad and Christina all started pouring in. “Is it true baby?” “Where are you at Cordelia? Are you coming home” “Get in touch with your mother Cordelia” “b***h! Did you and Sameul..... I need details” The messages just kept coming, the last one I got was around 2am and it was from my mom “My darling, I am very happy for you. Christina told us about Sameul as well as some of the pack messengers, and I am so proud, but your father and I have been worried sick and would have appreciated an I’m okay from you. I know you had a lot to talk about with him but I am still your mother and I deserved to know my baby was okay. We will see you later this evening, I assume you won’t be coming back to live here love. I can’t wait to meet my new son-in-law.” My mom was pissed, I knew she would be but I was so caught up in Sameul last night, she had to understand that. I guess I just looked upset because he grabbed my chin “What’s wrong sweetheart?” he asked me. “Nothing, it’s just my mom. I never told her anything about last night and she didn’t know where I was other than Christina and the messengers that were sent over. She’s kinda upset with me.” I replied back. He gave me a quick peck “Darling, she will be okay. Yeah she’s upset but you’re one of her babies, she will look past it when she sees the happiness on your face.” I knew he was right, my mom was so excited for me to find love, she had to know I was just too excited. We finished up eating and he went ahead and linked his parents to meet us in the office. Of course I knew everyone I had to meet today but not personally. “Are you ready?” he asked me. “As ready as I’m gonna be.” I said back with a smirk. I knew meeting his parents came with “meeting” his brother, and honestly I didn’t care to meet him. We grew up in the same grade but the older he got the more airheaded and hateful he got, he thought anyone with a lower rank than him was beneath him. I was never raised to think any less of anyone, we were all people and everyone deserved to be treated as such. “Is your brother going to be there with your parents?” I asked “Yes he will, myparents already told him who you were, he said you two had never met. Why do you ask?” he replied back. “Your brother and I aren’t on great terms, he hangs out around the b***h twins and they all take turns tossing insults at me and my friends.” I said, rolling my eyes. “Trust me love, he will do nothing but respect you and if Bella and Bethany have anything negative to say, they can come say it to me.” He said, smiling at me. We made our way to his office, when we walked in there was Mackenzie and Keaton Alexander sitting at Sameul’s desk and on the other side of the room was Keegan with his feet propped up on the conference table. Mackenzie’s eyes lit up as soon as she saw me, she started smiling from ear to ear. She walked up “Hello my darling, I’m Mackenzie, it’s so nice to meet you.” she said to me, her voice was angelic and so soothing. “It’s nice to meet you as well, I’m Cordelia.”I said, smiling at her. She went to say something else and her eyes darted down to my neck, then up to Sam’s neck and the biggest smile I have ever seen plastered its way onto her face. “I knew it! I knew my baby found the one! I have a daughter!” she yelled, hugging me in the process. “As if, that is not and will not be my sister.” Keegan said from across the room. Before I could even say anything the loudest, ground shaking growl came from beside me and before I knew it Sameul had his brother by the throat against the wall. “This is your future Luna and you will respect her! She is an amazing woman and you will respect her, do you understand me?!” He yelled at him. Keegan just rolled his eyes, “I said do you understand me!” Sam yelled again “I don’t want to use my alpha command on you brother, but don’t think for one second I won’t over the love of my life, no do you understand me?” he said. “Yes, I understand” Keegan said through gritted teeth. Sameul growled again, “Sam, please put him down. I didn’t think it would go well with him” I said looking Keegan up and down “He’s never liked any of us in that school because he has ‘alpha blood’.” I said to him. I reached up and grabbed his face and pulled in down to mine, making him drop his brother “It’s okay baby, it’s fine. He doesn’t have to approve of me right now, but he will eventually.” I said to him, “And here you are scared you won’t make a good luna.” he said back to me.
