"Why's Miss.Merchant only exception to field work Mr.White" Asked one of the employee department head. She has been receiving several complaints from employees that susan was being treated special and they have been biased despite being on same level as her in work.

"Everyone in this company including you have to go once in filed inspection to designated company.

Not just inspection or field work, she's the only one who doesn't value overtime, weekend works and so on.

If that's not being unfair to other employees by treating one so special than I wonder what else is ? " Said the head lady , very pissed Infront of susan.

Susan only stared at the boring conversation between two with straight face as it didn't mattered to her what's their problem was with her. "Would you mind if i do it again, there's nothing much to do at field work you know"

Manager said trying to cover up for susan. He was constantly trying to butter up susan somehow to get his promotion in the company. The lady head looked even more pissed at his lack of work ethics.

"She should work as much as other interns if she's here to learn how we work. Someday this all gonna be under her command, how are we gonna respect her if she doesn't even work hard to achieve such respect from us"

Lady head's words seemed to piss Susan out of her calm state as she stands up from her seat making everyone go silent , department head lady gulps in fear , thinking if she spoke too much but she didn't cared if it cost her job for speaking truth.

"Fine I'll go for the inspection with others today......will that satisfy you madam" Susan asks calmly looking at the lady straight in the eyes. "But you don't have to..." interrupts manager.

"It's okay, you said it nothing hard right. So yeah I'll do it" Susan says making peace with her co-workers. She packs her stuff af desk neatly leaving for field inspection.

It was a cement factory with lot's of dust and pollution around. They wore a safety uniform and mask to prevent from dust pollution. While work was just to check if everything's right and make report for company, staying at that constant foggy air was a challenge.

'No wonder they hated it so much when i was the only one who didn't do this s**t'. susan thought tabbing the dust off her shoulders. "Ohh you can work in environment like this I'm impressed" Teased Rosita who was there with the team of interns at field work.

"Are you mocking me". "No I'm just praising you, After yesterday's conversation that you encountered at bathroom , i thought claire will be wiped off company but to my surprise she's still with us" She says to susan who looks even more pissed now.

"Look Mrs.Davis there's a limit to how much I've power to influence over my own company. I'm here to learn not to rule so i would be glad if you stop judging me and just mind your own business, I'm just doing my work like requested" Susan says dismissing the HR who looks proud of pissing young heiress off.

Walking off at a safe distance where workers were loading sacks of cement and raw material in and out of entrance Susan rubs her temples in frustration.

'Looks like learning to handle a company and employees won't be an easy task, why can't i just stay at home and chill. Maybe that's why Smara wanted me to learn how to work because she must be on verge of exploding herself' Susan thought.

Her thoughts were interrupted by a worker who bumped into her making her stumble. "I'm so sorry mam, are you okay" the worker asked raising her hands.

Samara froze at her spot realising the voice that she knew so well for years. Her grey eyes that looked shocked matching Susan's blue ones. Even their body were covered fully in protecting uniform susan could recognise those eyes even in a night crowd.

"Althea" was all she said before she saw her figure disappearing among other massive workers around. Susan tried her best to find her turning every workers towards her to look at their eyes but she couldn't. Althea just disappeared in thin air Infront of her.
