Chapter Seven

One fateful day, the biology teacher, Mr Richard dropped everyone's biology notes on a table during break. Sarah was the only one in the class, so she was instructed by Mr Richard to put everyone's biology note under their locker. Sarah did as she was instructed.

While sharing the notes, she saw 6 canes under Mira's locker. She was very surprised but she didn't take it as anything. Until she saw 6 masks under Ella's locker. She recognized the masks to be the one some unknown people wore to beat her few weeks ago and she remembered vividly that the girls had a meeting that day she was beaten. She also counted the number of girls in the class and it was 6. "Marinette went back to school that day because she forgot her assignment note. Immediately she left, 6 people, exactly 6 came to beat me. Immediately they left, Marinette came. Could it be what I am thinking? Why would they beat me in the first place? What did I do to them" thought Sarah.

She heard Ella's voice and quickly dropped Ella's biology note under her locker and ran back to her seat pretending to be reading.

Sarah was thinking of what to do. She immediately resolved in her mind to report to the principal on what she saw.

The principal took immediate action by expelling the girls and denying them access into the examination hall.

Sarah was happy but she felt like she overreacted. She thought of apologizing to all the girls for the misfortune she had caused them and would try and persuade the principal to allow them finish their examination but she didn't have a slight idea of any of their abodes or residence.

She was sad but there was nothing she could do. It was too late.

The exams came and she passed in flying colors. Somehow, she missed them and felt uncomfortable being the only girl in the class.

When the exams were over, she was happy that she wouldn't be the only girl in school again and was even more happier that she wouldn't be going to school for the next 2 years because she was too young to go to a university.

Two years came and went within the blink of an eye. Sarah soon grew into a young adult. Her brother, Paul was in Primary 4 going to Primary 5 when Sarah got admission into a university.
