43 George Bridgett sat beside the bed and stared at her husband, waiting for him to awake from a nap. He had come out of his coma and had been disconnected from all machines. She couldn’t help but breakdown when he woke. “Oh, God, George, I was so scared. I thought I lost you. All the horror of the past came tumbling down like an avalanche I couldn’t stop.
