The Wall was massive. Johan hadn't seen such a beast in his whole lifetime. It was nearly 70 meters tall. What was it's purpose was unknown. Probably to keep something out. The French were keen on building massive defensive objects. The woodlands ended at 100m before the wall. Johan suspected it being a dead zone, filled with mines and other anti-personel equipment. He charged the mountain of concrete. Suddenly sections in the walls started opening up, revealing hidden machine guns and rocket launchers. Johan was too fast for most of the bullets, but some did manage to hit him. He jumped vertically and punched in the wall to stay at that height. Only 50m remained.
