Persephone's Men

Waking up on her eighteenth birthday Persephone was confused and disoriented. When she remembered that her parents died years ago so it was really just her brothers’ and their friends, her oldest brother Ares and his friend Hades were running the pack and constantly out fighting and protecting as they were from the original werewolf pack New Moon, everyone in the pack was named after some god showing their lineage. Rolling out of bed she tripped over Hermes, her twin brother she was older by twelve hours laying on an air mattress it was their tradition since they were five he grabbed her as she was falling. He chuckled, "Are you ready to meet your mates?" Persephone looked at him shocked while failing to maintain her composure, stumbling over what she was thinking. “What are you talking about?" she finally manages to say. He continues to laugh ignoring her question when they hear a knock on the door. It was their middle brother Poseidon checking on them. He was currently the only one home with them. Ares promised to come home soon so they could celebrate. Hermes kept laughing as he got up and went to his room to get ready. Persephone moved around the mess and headed to her bathroom to start getting ready. Turning on the shower she stepped in starting with a cherry scrub and citrus body wash, then to a citrus shampoo. Once she was done she toweled off and ran the blow dryer till her auburn hair was mostly dried tying it up in a high ponytail. She pulled on jeans and her pastel top with a jacket that matched her hair. Slipping into ballet flats, she headed downstairs, she could already hear people gathering downstairs. Hermes caught up to her halfway down. Laughing about plans for their day.
