Paradise Planet part 2

My hair was drenched, the water dripping down my back began to feel incredibly uncomfortable as Krish was standing in my room with a playful smirk.  “I’m glad I decided to dress up after my shower. Otherwise, I’d have more things to worry about.”  “Shame… I would have loved to see you in a towel.”  “Sure you would. I bet you couldn’t stop thinking about me and returned to steal my phone?” I frowned and crossed my arms as he placed my phone in his pocket and shrugged.  “It would have been easier if you stayed outside, partying or took a long shower. My orders say that if needed I will have to kill you. I wouldn’t like to but you know.” He raised his arms and a green light surrounded him, summing a gun then he pointed at me.  “So please be a darling and move to the side.” I couldn’t help but laugh at first but I didn’t move an inch. “Sure, right after you returned my phone.” I extended my arm towards him but he didn’t move.  “Well then. Guess I will have to shoot your pretty face,” Rolling my eyes I began to feel how much of an issue it was beginning to be to have two attractive people try to kill me now.  “Heartbreak” Similar to how the green light was surrounding Krish, pink light surrounded me as the whip appeared in my hand. I saw how his playful smirk only grew.  “So that’s how it is? Fine, let’s dance.”  The sun began to rise, the sky was in beautiful orange and pink colours. The sound of the birds singing was heard, as well as the sound of a gun firing and its bullets being deflected. The once beautiful and luxurious hotel room was now a mess. At first, I thought he wouldn’t kill me but I was wrong. With each shot, he was aiming for my heart and other vital organs. I have only been able to defend myself, he barely even gave me any chance to disarm him. He was extremely skilled at fighting while I barely had any experience at it. That fact annoyed me more than I could imagine.  “Who even sent you? Why do you need my phone so much?”  “One of our newer members said she wanted you gone. She wanted all the dirt on you and completely ruin, not only your but your family’s life. I thought the two of you knew each other?” He seemed so relaxed as he kept aiming, taking his time with each bullet while I was panting and struggling not to get hit. But he didn’t seem too amused. I only imagined his smirking expression when in reality, he was blank.  “I-I don’t know! A lot of people don’t like my mother because of her tricks. Oh-” I felt a kick on my stomach and I fell on the floor, his foot pushed my chest down and he pointed his gun on my forehead. Who the person was clicked with me. We didn’t know each other too well but from the first time we met, she hated my guts when I joined her group.  “Seems like you realized. She wishes you the best dear Dahlia. If things would have been different, I would have been happy to get to know you.” And he dared to give me a sad smile. Breathing became more and more difficult as his foot was on top of my chest. I tried moving my arms in front of my head to cover myself and hopefully create a barrier with the whip but I felt so weak and the whip was slipping away from my grip. It was like it began to glitch.  There was nothing I could do. I felt like giving up, just closing my eyes and rest. But it didn’t feel right. I felt how anger was bubbling inside of me just to be thinking that. There must be another way…  Looking towards the window I saw there was some sort of jungle outside. I could hide there and catch my breath. The question is how to get there… I looked up at the ceiling and noticed a hook. If I could muster up some more strength, I could swing myself out from the window and make him trip as well.  Quickly acting before Krish managed to pull the trigger, I managed to get my whip attached to the hook and swung outside, I could see the surprise in Krish’s eyes which was incredibly rewarding. However as I was swinging, the whip suddenly disappeared and I fell without having anything to protect myself with.  I felt the pain from falling into bushes then hit the ground. For a second I lost my breath but quickly regained it and groaned in pain. I quickly looked around to make sure Krish didn’t fall as well but I didn’t hear him nor see him anywhere. I let out a sigh of relief.  “Ah shit.” The branches of the trees seemed to have scratched me, leaving pink wounds all over me. Hopefully, they weren’t poisonous or anything. It’s said to be an exotic place and a paradise. I remember how my father always told me it was a lie, any planet could be paradise. It’s just that the people here silence those who spread negativity about their wonderful home. But they didn’t go after him for some reason.  Slowly standing up I looked up at the hotel and looked for my window. I saw Krish standing there, scanning the place. I hid behind the palm tree and tried to calm my breathing. I have to tend to my wounds if I want to be able to continue without becoming even more injured. If I keep this up I might even end up losing an eye like Tristen or get cybernetic arms or legs like Sylas. The only other place I could tend my wounds is on the ship. Swearing under my breath I slowly made my way towards the parking lot.  I felt extremely paranoid, checking every corner for him to surprise jump at me but he was nowhere to be seen. Maybe he returned to his ship… Wherever that was. He got what he came for… My phone. Which means he’d get all the information from the group chat for example. But what other use? Getting some rumours out?  Soon I reached our ship and quickly entered, beginning to treat my wounds by cleaning them and bandaging them up. Looking out from the window, I still didn’t see him anywhere in sight. However, another ship landed beside ours, a very familiar ship. When the door opened, it was the bounty hunter. She looked around and moved towards our ship. Why today? Why now? I tried to hurry up with the rest of my injuries then quickly tried to hide. There’s no way they could get past Sylas security. He said it himself.  The whole ship began to shake as a small explosion was heard just outside the ship's entrance. The sound of her heels echoed through the halls as she seemed to be looking around. She was humming and took her time while my heart wouldn’t stop beating. What happens if she finds me? What should I do? I don’t even know if I can summon my weapon…  “Heartbreak” I closed my eyes and whispered but nothing. I only felt a small tingling feeling but it wasn’t enough for it to arrive. Opening my eyes again and sighing in disappointment I suddenly saw her heels in front of me. I could feel the panic spread across my body as she crouched down and smirked.  “There you are, sweetheart.”
