On the eve of Alpha Praise's mating ceremony, one unforgettable night changes everything.

Precious wakes with shattered memories and a secret she never asked for. Weeks later, she discovers she's carrying Alpha Praise's twins. But when she tells him the truth, he brands her a liar, accuses her of trying to steal her own sister's place as Luna, and rejects her before the entire pack.

Banished, heartbroken, and pregnant, Precious is left to face the cruel world alone, until Alpha Bruno, a noble Alpha from a neighboring kingdom, offers her refuge without asking for anything in return.

As Precious slowly rebuilds her life, Alpha Praise's kingdom begins to crumble beneath a mysterious curse, while a ruthless enemy works from the shadows to destroy everything he holds dear. Long-buried secrets, shocking betrayals, and a deadly conspiracy soon reveal that the night that tore Precious's life apart was no accident.

When the truth finally comes to light, Alpha Praise will stop at nothing to win back the woman he rejected.

But can a broken mate bond ever be mended... or has his greatest mistake led Precious into the arms of the Alpha who truly deserves her?

CHAPTER 1 : Caught in the Alpha's Bed
Precious’s POV My head pounded like a war drum. I groaned, the sound dry and raspy in my own throat. Slowly, I fluttered my eyes open, instantly blinded by the harsh morning sunlight bleeding through the heavy velvet curtains. I squeezed my eyes shut again. My mouth tasted like bitter ash and something metallic. My limbs felt heavy, weighed down by an invisible force, like I had been swimming through thick mud all night. Where am I? The sheets beneath me were made of silk, far too soft to be my own. My bed at the pack house was small, with cotton sheets that smelled of lavender. This bed smelled of musk, expensive cologne, and… sweat. Panic, cold and sharp, spiked in my chest. I forced my eyes open again, pushing past the blinding headache. I was lying in a massive, king-sized bed. The walls were painted a deep charcoal gray, adorned with silver crests of a howling wolf. The Alpha’s crest!!! My breath caught in my throat. I turned my head, my neck incredibly stiff, and my heart stopped completely. Lying next to me, chest rising and falling in a deep, peaceful sleep, was Alpha Praise. "No," I whispered, the word barely escaping my lips. He was naked. The heavy silk blanket was draped dangerously low over his waist. I stared at his broad, muscular back, my mind spinning out of control. Why am I here? How did I get here? I tried to pull myself up, but a sharp ache shot through my lower body. I gasped, looking down. I was completely naked too. "Goddess, no. Please, no," I breathed, my hands trembling as I pulled the sheet up to my chin. I looked around the room frantically. My dress, the beautiful, pale blue gown I had worn to the pre-mating celebration last night was torn. It lay in shreds on the floor, scattered alongside Alpha Praise’s discarded black shirt and trousers. I touched my neck. I felt a stinging sensation. Pulling my fingers away, I saw the faint redness of bruising. I looked at my arms, more bruises, finger marks gripping my skin. What happened? Why can’t I remember? I squeezed my eyes shut, digging into my memories. I remembered the music. I remembered the celebration. Today was the day. Today, Alpha Praise was supposed to officially mate with my sister, Grace. I remembered raising a glass of wine to toast them. Then… nothing. A deep, terrifying black hole. I had to get out of here. If anyone saw me here, if Grace saw me….. I didn't want to finish that thought. Moving as silently as my aching body allowed, I slipped out from under the covers. The cold marble floor sent shivers up my bare legs. I frantically grabbed a large oversized shirt resting on a nearby armchair and pulled it over my head. It swallowed my small frame, smelling strongly of Praise, but it covered me. I bent down, snatching my torn dress from the floor, my hands shaking so badly I could barely hold the fabric. Just make it to the door. Just get out. No one has to know. I took a step toward the heavy oak door. Two steps. Three. I was almost there. I reached my hand out toward the brass handle. Suddenly, the door handle clicked. Before I could jump back, the door burst open. The hinges screamed. The sudden noise was like a bomb going off in the quiet room. I froze, my bare feet rooted to the marble floor. Standing in the doorway was Grace. She wore her beautiful white morning gown, her hair perfectly curled, carrying a silver tray with two cups of coffee. The bright, loving smile on her face slowly melted away. Her eyes widened, shifting from my disheveled hair, to the oversized Alpha’s shirt I was wearing, and finally, to the shredded blue dress clutched in my hands. Then, her gaze drifted past me, landing on the massive bed. Landing on her fiancé, sleeping naked beneath the tangled sheets. The silver tray slipped from her hands. Crash! The hot coffee shattered against the floor, splashing over my bare feet, but I didn't even feel the burn. The silence that followed was deafening, choking the air out of the room. "Grace..." I choked out, my voice cracking. "Grace, please, it's not…" Grace’s chest heaved. Her face twisted into a mask of pure horror and agony. She opened her mouth, and a scream tore through her throat, a loud, piercing, agonizing scream of a betrayed mate that echoed through the entire pack house. "Ahhhhh!" Within seconds, the hallway erupted with heavy footsteps. Two armed pack warriors rushed into the room, their eyes scanning for a threat. Behind them came a crowd of servants and passing pack members, all drawn by the future Luna’s scream. They all stopped at the door. They all saw the same thing. Precious, the future Luna's sister, standing half-naked with torn clothes and the alpha lying naked on the bed. "How could you do this to me?" Grace shrieked, tears flooding her beautiful face as she pointed a shaking finger at me. "You had s*x with my Alpha! My fiancé! On the night of my mating ceremony!" "No! No, Grace, listen to me!" I begged, tears streaming down my face. I reached out to her, but the warriors instantly stepped forward, snarling, pushing me back. "I... I don't know how I got here! I swear to the Goddess, I don't remember!" The loud commotion finally stirred the bed. The heavy sheets shifted. Alpha Praise groaned, rubbing his eyes as he slowly sat up. He blinked against the light, looking at the warriors, looking at the weeping Grace, and finally, looking at me standing there in his shirt. The Alpha of the pack stared at us, utterly confused, as the entire room looked at him in disgust and shock.
