Chapter 19 Come Home

Eva's POV.

"No!!!" I screamed out and my eyes flung open.

I sat up and I was breathing heavily. I stared around the room and I wasn't close to Alpha Trent but in another room like the one in my nightmare.

I placed my hand on my chest and patted it in relief that it was only a dream, it really scared the living daylight out of me.

"He didn't reject me" I said and a smile escaped my lips.

My body felt weak but I managed to climb down from the bed without falling down like I did in my dream.

I was still bothered. I have heard dreams come to pass.

Was Alpha Trent going to reject me?.

His rejection would be the death of me, I walked out of my room slowly; wishing inwardly that the dream remains a dream.

I found my way to Alpha Trent's room and I placed my hand on the door knob.

I swallowed the thick lump in my throat and twisted the door knob. I pushed the door open and walked in.

Alpha Trent was awake and sitting in the exact position that he was, but this time he had bandages on his skin and he looked tired.

"Alpha Trent" I muttered and he stared straight at me.

He stared at me blankly for a while and my fear heightened.

"Baby," He called softly.

A sigh of relief escaped my lips and I watched as he stretched his hands towards me.

I sighed and sauntered to him. I fell into his arms and he wrapped his hands around me.

"Are you okay?Did you get hurt?" He questioned as his hand began stroking my hair.

"Yes I am okay but please don't reject me, I will surely die if you reject me. I know that I made a mistake by not believing you but don't reject me,I won't be able to handle it" I said with tears dropping from my eyes.

"What are you spouting?Why would I reject you?" Alpha Trent questioned and parted the hug.

"I would never reject you, what made such a nasty thing come to your mind?" Alpha Trent said, looking confused.

" I simply thought that because I insulted you and almost left you, you would angrily reject me to exact revenge” I muttered and looked downwards.

Alpha Trent raised my chin upwards and our eyes met.

"Mates have disagreements and yell at each other, even saying crazy and nasty things but it doesn't…matter because we burn for each other and it's…more than any argument we might have" Alpha Trent said and kissed my lips gently.

"Aah" He groaned as he stretched himself too much.

"Relax, you need to regain your strength as fast as you can" I smiled and sat down close to him.

"I heard what you did and I am so proud of you for bringing me all the way here, I'm sorry for saving you earlier" He apologized.

I was a bit shocked that he showed no anger towards me and he wasn't discussing about the awful words I said to him.

"I'm sorry for hurting your feelings and saying mean words to you but I always feel insecure about everything. I really can't believe that someone would be able to display such affection for another person without having ulterior motives attached to it; I am not used to such affection” I muttered, sadly.

He placed his on my cheek and caressed it gently.

"You should start getting used to it because I am not done spoiling you" He said and I laughed softly.

"You have insecurities; you suffered too much pain and those scars take a long time before they heal but I will do everything within my power for you to forget your past" Alpha Trent smiled.

His words brought so much comfort to my heart. It was more soothing and reassuring than everything that I have heard.

"Don't ever dream of becoming a rogue because my life would be literally useless without you, I can't bear to lose you" He said while staring straight into my eyes.

There was so much warmth, affection and probably love in his eyes, it was too sincere to be false. I was such a fool for doubting him.

"I'm sorry for being an ungrateful mate and being so inconsiderate towards you. I will act more mature next time and quit acting like a child" I pouted, taking those phrases from the words he has said in my dream.

"Yes you are quite childish but you are the strongest person that I have ever met" Alpha Trent snickered and pulled my closet.

I whiffed his scent, I missed this scent so much.

"Are you sniffing me?" Alpha Trent chuckled. It was then I realized that I was sniffing his bare skin.

"I'm sorry" I said quickly and moved away.

"No, don't move away;I love it when you do that. It makes me feel too good" Alpha Trent smiled and hugged him.

I placed my nostrils close to him and his scent was intoxicating and beautiful. My lips pressed against his soft skin and I smiled.

"Doctor Romeo told me what you did, do you feel weak or sick?" He inquired and I shook my head.

"I felt weak earlier but now that I'm close to you; I feel much better than ever" I smiled broadly and snuggled on him.

He chuckled softly but groaned in between. “I feel much better with you around and your blood running through my veins is rather the best thing ever”

"Doctor Romeo said there was something wrong with my blood. It wasn't some sickness but he said it was rare" I told him.

"He didn't tell me anything but that shouldn't bother you, I'm sure there are some superwoman cells in your blood" Alpha Trent said and I laughed loudly.

"Oh really?" I chuckled, cockily.

I placed my chin on his chest to see his face.

"Yeah, Beta Kyle told me how you carried me on your back. I can't believe that I missed the chance of seeing your wolf" Alpha Trent pouted his lips.

"Don't pout like that, I wonder what your people would think of they saw their Alpha pouting like a baby" I giggled and raised my head from his chest; “We could make a date to see each other's wolf”

"That would be so much fun, I look forward to that day" He mouthed.

"A–are you sure that…that you aren't still angry at me and you won't reject me privately?"

"No baby, quit talking about rejection because I would never reject you; rejecting you is like rejecting oxygen” He whispered and grunted as he tried to move.

"Where does it hurt?" I asked, worriedly.

"It hurts here" Alpha Trent muttered and touched his chest, his head, leg and his c**k.

"Are you trying to kill the Alpha of the black moon pack?" He asked with an arrogant tone.

"I should, since he is acting so childish and naughty" My hand was about to go there but he caught my hand.

"That's where our future pups will come from, be careful" He said with pleading eyes and I burst into laughter.

"I see" My lips curved into a smile and I pressed my lips on his.

Our lips made cute sounds as they met. I had never been this elated before, he wasn't angry at me and we have even grown closer.

I suddenly broke the kiss.

"I haven't brushed”
