PHOTO GALLERY
Two weeks after her dinner with Isabel and Juan, Blanca smiled at the name Carlos had written in bold and capital letters on the thick, embossed invitation card, as she got ready to attend Carlos’s photographic gallery exhibition.
Blanca wore smart-casual attire. She pressed down her black, fitted dress. Stretch cotton flowed down to her knees, succeeded by black lace down to her ankles. Thin straps showed her well-toned arms, and open-toed stiletto shoes, while comfortable enough, added to her height. With a final look in the mirror, she adjusted her jet-black hair and stared at her blood-shot dark brown eyes. She definitely needed more sleep.
She grabbed her black bag, waved goodbye to her aunt and headed out the door. “Wait, darling,” Maria called.
