Surreal: World of Magic

Leanne, a very shy and timid girl who always buried her face on books ended up on an unknown world after falling asleep on a night of a full moon. She often had amazing dreams but it seems that this time, she's stuck and couldn't get out of it. Leanne then struggles to survive in an unknown world, looking for a way to return to the human realm.
