Brooke Evan and I were on our way to meet our parents for dinner to celebrate our engagement. To say everyone is thrilled for us is an understatement. Our mums lost it, squealing and crying with excitement. We knew everyone would be happy for us. I am eager to celebrate with them, but I wish they would have waited a day or two to arrange it. We only arrived home late yesterday afternoon. We were shattered and had no time to get settled back in. “Hopefully, we won’t be out too late and can have an early night.
