CHAPTER FORTY-TWO

1636 Words
“Listen, Sebastian, I know I was selfish..” “Stupid not to mention,” Sebastian interrupted Arron rudely. “And I’m sorry about that. I don’t want to fight you, my alpha,” he bowled his head. “I’m willing to accept any punishment you will give me,” he said in a rather low voice than ever. “I can’t do that. You acted cowardly by associating yourself with Reyar. And by me punishing you, I would be doing the same. So why don’t you fight for the title, which made you do what you did,” Sebastian moved closer to Arron. “I don’t think....” “Dude, just fight him already!” Death shouted. “We have been waiting for a while now. You thought you were clever. See where your stupidity led you,” Hope added. “Listen Sebastian......” “Let’s do this. You have a week before our fight. I have given you time to train and all that. Since Trevor locked you here, you might use that as an excuse. So you will retain at my house in the meantime. Trevor, you should cast a spell or something to prevent him from escaping,” Sebastian turned to Trevor. He opened his mouth again, but before he could say anything, a firebolt went flying from Death’s hand and impacted Arron’s stomach. The man went flying and then hit a bookshelf, then a bunch of books fell on him. Just as he got up, Hope looked at Arron and the poor man flew, then came back and slammed the floor. Trevor’s eyes widened. Then he quickly called to his nature powers and the vines that protruded underneath both Death and Hopes’ chairs wrapped the two academies. “Oh, relax. Do you think if we wanted to go, we wouldn’t have gone by now?” Death spoke. “These stupid things you have put on our feet do not work on us. It was created with immature magic. And as Death said, we would have gone if we wanted to go. So can we carry on eating?” Hope added. “And Arron deserved what we did to him. I don’t even know why you are letting the man go free. If it was us, you would have punished us for sure,” Death spoke. Everyone looked at Arron, and the man was looking as frightened as hell. But he finally got up but did not attempt to approach the four men. Due to the firebolt his clothes were now ripped. “What are you bastards up to? Why didn’t you go when I realized you from my vines? When you could have just used your magic and send me flying across the room,” Trevor turned to Death and Hope. “Let’s hope you don’t want to kill the baby again,” Sebastian added. “As much as that would benefit us, no. We don’t want to kill the baby. Will you please move a bit? I can feel my insides burning,” Hope said, looking at Trevor. “Then what do you want?” Trevor asked and moved the chair to the other side. “By now I think she knows we are helping you. Or at least we gave you info about her. So, with that been said. We want to work with you and defeat her,” Death spoke. “You are kidding right?” Sebastian asked. “Why the hell would we kid around about something like that? Listen, Trevor, the only way to defeat her is by us working together,” Hope spoke. “How can I trust you?” Trevor spoke, “not too long ago, you wanted to kill me and my family.” “Well, you can’t blame us for that,” Death replied. “And if we wanted, we would have run a long time, but we chose to stay and endure the torture you have inflicted upon us.” “He makes a fair point, man,” Sebastian patted Trevor’s shoulder. “Where the hell do you think you are going?” He looked at Arron. The man was making his way towards the door. Without turning to them, he opened the door and went out, shutting the door behind them. “Stupid. I told you that bastard deserved want me and Death did to him,” Hope said. “Yeah, I kinder agree with you,” Sebastian said. “Aren’t you going after him?” He looked at Trevor. “Oh, yeah. Watch them.” “Seriously dude? We don’t need a babysitter. And much less him,” Death said. “You should know that.........” “Bra bra bra....... Trevor just go before, that i***t embarrasses himself in front of the kids,” Hope interrupted Sebastian. “Well, enjoy.......whatever their argument is about,” without waiting for a reply, he shadow walked. Then seconds later, he appeared inside the living room. But what he saw made his eyes widen, and a smile stretched across his face. Arron was lying on the floor, with Mutale’s leg on top of him. Justine was pointing his wand at him. While Erup had his tongue wrapped around Arron. Then on the other side, two werewolves, high enough to reach Trevor’s hips, were standing about two feet from Arron’s head. And behind the two werewolves stood Isaac, holding Delur’s hand. The women were just standing there, smiling. “Looks like my boys have grown,” Trevor said and went close to the boys surrounding Arron. “And Arron, look what you have done to yourself. If only you didn’t act stupid, then the kids would have seen your snake. Boys, I will handle it from here,” he looked from one to the other. Sebastian’s twins transformed back into their human forms, and after realizing they were naked, the boys ran upstairs. Erup, who seemed to have the same problem, ran upstairs too. While Mutale and Justine just fist-bumped each other. “What did he do, anyway?” Loveness asked. “Well, he was responsible for Sebastian’s kidnapping.” “What!” Natasha snapped and went over, “so after my husband helped you, you have the audacity to backstab him?” She slapped the man so hard that he moved his head and blood appeared at the corner of his mouth. “Trevor, kill him, or whatever you want to do with him. These people have no shame. After everything, Sebastian did for them.” “Listen.....” “I don’t want your stupid apology. Because of your stupidity, I blamed Trevor for my husbands’ k********g. Trevor take him away, I don’t want to see his stupid face,” she looked away. “Sure, sister-in-law,” and he winked about of sight. A second later he appeared inside the library. “Here, is the Mr. Clever,” he shouted dragging Arron behind him. “The kids taught him a lesson or two. Right, Arron?” He turned to him but the man was just looking on the floor. “Anyway, you should have seen Frazer and Mwansa, the boys are growing so fast.” “Wait. They were in their werewolf forms?” Sebastian asked. “Yeah,” Trevor smiled. “Dude, why didn’t you call me?” He argued. “It slipped my mind. Not now, Sebastian. You sit here,” he sat Arron on the floor next to the academies. “Do anything stupid and I will kill you just like sister-in-law told me.” He pulled a chair to the opposite of the academies and Arron, then sat. Sebastian also pulled a chair and sat next to Trevor. “Are you gonna let us go, or?” Death asked. “Not now. You still have to prove your loyalty to me. Now we need a plan to bring that woman to us. Not us following her around,” Trevor said. “How?” Hope asked. “That is where you bastards come in.” “I don’t like where this is going?” Hope spoke. “Whatever. So I will free you and you will go to your place. Then find a way to communicate with the woman.” “Trevor, it’s not that easy. We can’t convince her about our sudden return,” Death said. “You are the academies. I’m sure you will handle a lady, won’t you?” Sebastian asked, but they didn’t nod. “And besides, it’s your fault we are in this mess, so at least try to help out. And Reyar is now leaving in your house. So you need to convince her as well. But don’t worry about her that much she looks stu...” “Dude, that’s my mother,” a man’s voice behind them interrupted Sebastian. “Egayov, what are you doing here? I thought you were busy building up your kingdom, my king,” Trevor said sarcastically and bowled. “Ah, so funny. Anyway, I have nothing to build. I have already removed the curse my mother imposed upon my kingdom and they listen to me now. So, everything back home is fine. Thank you for asking,” he went over and sat next to Sebastian. “When did you get here?” Trevor asked. “A few minutes ago.” “And your wife?” Sebastian asked. “She is busy with the women. So what are we dealing with here? I thought the issue with the Academies was dealt with. Why the hell are these two still alive?” “Well, they have valuable information, so killing them would be a stupid idea,” Trevor replied. “I see. So shall we begin the interrogation? Or they need to be tortured for them to open up?”
