My name is Shelby Evergreen. My dad is the vampire king and my mom his werewolf mate. So yeah that means I am a hybrid. Today is a very big day for me,my dad and my mom. Today is the day I become 20 and not to mention the vampire queen. It my be a lot of responsibility but I am always up for a challenge. And this will be the biggest one by far.  It is now 30 minutes before my "ball" and the house is in absolute stress, that maybe because everyone that is super natural is coming and I mean everyone that matters will be meeting me today to greet there new vampire queen. Even the werewolves are coming. And talking about the werewolves witch is half what I am. The strongest pack ever to live is coming and there well known Alpha John Thunders that is known to be the one and only guy that is to be that hot, unmated, and some even say a virgin, which I don't believe because that is bullshit. I was cut of my thoughts when I heard a scream Cummings from downstairs. I ran in my high heels that were a pitch black and diamonds here and there. And my dress a greenish yellow that is at the end a nice sea blue. I heard my mom scream "You do something and stop standing around and you get off your ass before I kill you and feed you to my mate!" That is when my inner wolf started to get irritated and stressed and before I knew it I was screaming "ENOUGH EVERYONE!" my mom looked at me shocked and I saw a glimmer of apporval. After an hour I was standing in the middle of the dancing floor with my father in front of me ready to start dancing my first dance as the queen. Can you believe it I am the queen.
