It’s been a week since we’ve been back from the hospital. Lia doesn’t eat, speak or sleep. The only time she gets out of bed is to use the bathroom and she cries all day. I’m worried about her and I don't know what to do. I had the doctor over last night, but there isn’t much he can do. My mother has been coming around every day to check on us and Tyler’s mother has come around a few times also.
It’s 6 pm and I've just finished talking to Lia’s mom; she’s flying down the day after tomorrow and will be staying with us for a few days. I hear the sound of the doorbell and I put down the glass of whiskey I had in my hand as I attend to it.
