The Alpha and his Luna

Bella's POV It's time.It's 12o'clock.Teenage is finally over.Not that my teenage was exciting,full of boys,adventures or friends. Nothing. All I have in my achievement list is some medals,certificates. I am a multi talented piece of shit.No one knew me that well or personally. I was too shy,quiet to be someone's friend. I don’t know about my looks for sure but I was beautiful.Still am,just like my mother was.I had her hair,her face,her caramel skin.Only my eyes were different.They we're like my father's.Other than that I was a replica of my mom.My dad couldn’t stand me for that.As mom died giving birth to me.All I know about mom is from the pictures in my album,from the stories aunt May told me.Aunt May was my governess.She was the closest thing to a mom and a friend I ever had.Just like my other birthdays I was sitting before my cake waiting to blow those candles as aunt May said excitedly,"Make a wish come on?!" I closed my eyes to think if I have any wishes,they never came true anyway yet again I ended up wishing for love that I craved.I wanted to be free from this emptiness that was killing me inside. As I blowed those candles off aunt May and the servants sang,"Happy birthday dear Bella,Happy birthday to you!" She took a piece of the cake to feed me and took my hand to guide me to my room and said,"I couldn't do much, tell me if you like it." There was a few gifts on my bed.A white box with white roses on it,I could tell by looking at it that it was from aunt May. "You really didn’t have to aunty". she scolded," Nonsense,if I had a daughter I would've give her presents and fate didn’t allow me to have one.But the day Alpha gave you in my hands I believed moon goddess gave me the daughter I wanted". I couldn’t hold back my tears.As they ran over my cheeks she wiped them and said,"My sweet pea, don't cry baby.I'm here",I hugged her and cried, "What I'd have done without you?" "You'll have me by your side no matter what", she said.I turned to my gifts.Aunty handed me a purple box and said," This is from your father.He's so sorry for that he couldn’t make it tonight." I quitely said, - He never did. - He loves you Bella - We both know that's not true aunty. She sighed.My eyes caught a black box.With bloodred roses on it and a letter."Happy Birthday dear Bella!I'm looking forward to meet you soon",handwritten on it Aunty said,"That's from Mrs.Robinson." Mrs. Robinson was our neighbour pack, Crescent Moon's luna.His only son Lucas is the new Alpha of their pack.My father promised his father that he'd give my hand to Lucas.And eventually I was thinking about my wish that a whished an hour ago."I don't have a chance with love it seems",I said."I wouldn’t have the chance to meet my mate I guess". Aunty May patted my back and said,"Hey peanut,It's okey.He would love you trust me." I smiled looking at her while I questioned myself inside,"What is the point of my life?Will anyone ever love me?" I opened the box Mrs.Robinson gave me.It was a off white satin dress.And a pair of earrings.I recognised them instantly. They were my mothers. Mrs. Robinson and my mom were besties.I smiled touching them as aunty said,"They belonged to your mom" I said softly,"I know." Aunty said, "They are coming tomorrow here for dinner"she handed me another box.A red box with a white bow on it. " It's from Lucas",she said. I felt an weird tingle e everytime I heard his name.I met him 5 years ago at a wedding.He was tall,muscular,quite handsome I'd say.Girls were checking out on him.I had a little crush on him.Though I don’t know what he looks like now. "You’ve to wait to find out", Bell said. Bell is my wolf.She's kinda sassy and I face a hard time controlling her.Specially when I'm drunk.I was at this club and I was drunk as hell.This guy wanted to touch me and she became furious. Before I could do anything she took over and kicked his ass. I never held a drink again.Aunt May said," Good night pea!I'd see you in the morning" -Good night aunty. I said and then turned to the box lucas gave me.It was a sapphire stone ring. It was beautiful. I don't know why,I was feeling butterflies inside my stomach everytime I thought of him.Bell purred inside my head,"You're in trouble." I smiled.
