Blair's POV

607 Words
"Blair get your ass back here" I hear my brother yelling at me as he chases me out of the front door. I just smirk at him knowing it will take him a little longer to catch up with me. "Blair" Victor my brother still yelling since I shaved half his head in his sleep. Thats what he gets for eating my last brownie I think to my self as I jump on my dirt bike and take off just before he could touch me. "I'm telling mom, Blair" He yells as I hit the end of the driveway. He was always telling on me for every little thing. I knew I was going to get into a lot of trouble. "Blair Emily Knight, Kitchen NOW young lady" My mom says through our mind link. I know I'm in serious trouble when my mom full names me. She only does it when I'm in deep trouble. I make my way into the kitchen where I find my mom sitting at the table sipping her morning coffee and looking at her laptop. "Blair, Honey why did you decide 2 days before your birthday to shave your brothers head?" "Mom he started it he ate my last brownie he knows they are my only joy." I said sitting down next to her. "Blair you and Victor really need to get along I'm not going to be around forever, when I'm gone, he will be all you have. So please for my sake ya'll get along." She says holding her head in her hands. As I walk out of the kitchen, I see Victor walking to his room. "Hey Vic, you need some help?" I ask him politely. "Nah little sis you've done enough." He says walking up the stairs and I hear his door slam shut no doubt still mad about his precious hair. I do feel bad about shaving his head maybe I can make up for it. I walk into the kitchen and decide to bake his favorite chocolate chip cookies. As I wait the 20 minutes for the cookies to bake I decide to clean up the mess I made in the kitchen. As I finish the timer on the stove goes off. I pull the cookies out the oven and place them on a cooling rack for 5 minutes. Once Cooled off I place them on a plate, pour a glass of milk and take it up stairs to Victors room. "Victor I'm sorry." I yell out as I place the plate and glass on the table by his door and I go back to my room. I spend the rest of the day in my room just listening to music and packing. 2 weeks after my birthday is the annual mating gala where people from packs all over the world go to meet their mates if their mate is not apart of their pack. I won't know til my birthday if my mate is in my pack but I doubt he is. I've never fit in here. I have always been the odd one since I train with the guys and how I don't gossip with the girls. I have one friend and she is my best friend her name is Chloe Wood. She is the one throwing my birthday party with my mom. Thank the goddess for those two I don't know where I'd be without them. My mom and Chloe have always been my rock for as long as I can remember. Chloe and I have been together since we were in the womb or at least thats what we tell people.
