Ember (POV)
Stephan told Sam everything Sasha told us. He, too, was shocked by the news. We didn't have much time to talk about it because shortly after, Sasha arrived. She had bottles of bright green liquid. She had two bottles for each of us. She gave us each one to drink now. She wanted to make sure that it would work and bond our blood. We were to drink the second one when we were close to the mountains. The liquid wouldn't last as long as the spell she cast on me when I was a baby. We didn't have time for that anyway. It would take her a few days to build up her energy strong enough to cast that spell on us. Besides, that was for long term. We just needed something temporary.
After drinking the green ooze, we waited to see how long it would take. Within minutes, it worked. Sasha lo
