Ember (POV)
I didn't know what to say. I knew Sasha was telling the truth. I could feel the bond and pull towards my mates. I could feel the difference between the pull for Victor and Xavier. Victor's pull was stronger than Xavier's. Xavier was mated to my wolf, so I felt that bond. I felt the human bond. But I didn't feel the power pull or the god pull towards him. I could definitely feel the pull for our souls to be connected.
"I believe her," I said.
"I can't see what she would gain from lying to us. I believe her too." Stephan said, taking my hand, causing a charge of energy to course through my body. My bear started to stir.
"I have to agree. So what do we do?" Rex asked.
"Right now we need to focus on bringing Xavier home," Victor said.
"We have to tell Sam as soon as possible
