Ember (POV)
We took two more shots than made our way out of the pack house. I could hear the music playing as soon as I hit the hallway. A wave of anxiety rushed over me.
"Babe!" Rex said, taking my hand. "It's okay, we're all right here with you." he said, kissing me softly.
"Girl, we are going out there and have a blast! Let's celebrate!" Nina said, throwing up her arms and dancing. She was right. It was my birthday! Rex leaned down and kissed my head.
"Let's go," Victor said, taking my other hand." We walked down the stairs and to the back door. Both Rex and Victor squeezed my hand at the same time as Sam opened the back door, and we walked out on to a red carpet. The carpet led all the way to the tents.
