The Conquest of Altheria

The land of Altheria a land of riches and prosperity, where there was no war or inner conflict. There was no poverty or homelessness for all the housing was free, and even if the didn't have a house people would just welcome them in with open arms until the person was assigned a house. A place were every orphan was fed, cared for and taught like that of a noble. And while there was magic, a wild elemental magic assigned at birth, it was never used to harm anyone, but was instead used for the benefit of others. All thanks ,being sent to the kingdoms namesake , The Divine Saint Altheria. He was once known for being kind and friendly always helping those in need , with long dark hair and golden eyes he was instantly recognizable in any continent. Thought be content in the happiness he had heralded , was then subjected to madness and was locked in the royal palace and he was never seen again after the rebellion of the fairy empire. And the King, Arthur Vespasion the Gracious and Merciful. A man of great valor, justice and influence and one of the country's most beloved occupants. With Altheria's rulers being kind and just, with their benevolent wisdom they ruled the country with no fear of war or rebellion in the country But no place was ever this peaceful, Right. The country's occupants weren't aware of the in just deeds of their lovely Altheria. So blinded by the so-called peace they became numb to the little social and political injustices being committed every day. So, In fact the ugly truth of Altheria, Was a country plagued with thieves, gamblers, murderers and demons even the King himself was just a proxy being controlled by the actual rulers. This is a story of how the heroes find themselves battling that mysterious power and changing their world for the better. "Scoff" I didn't mean that why would there be demons, in a land of prosperity and peace. Oh did you think I meant actual demons, No those don't exist in the walls of Altheria.
