“The Integrity Foundation will have one primary function, and that will be to assist anyone whose individual rights are being trampled upon because of his or her s****l orientation. It will be looking into several of the more virulently homophobic organizations in our society, and most particularly will be closely investigating the affairs of some of the television evangelists. The foundation will make an effort to ensure that funds collected by these organizations are both accounted for and used for charitable purposes. Any organization which refuses to cooperate with such investigations will find its tax-exempt status challenged in the appropriate state and federal jurisdictions.
