I have prepared a list of all the missing pack members from my pack along with the suspicious ones. I plan on taking it with me to Ruby and Mauro. I included the supposedly dead on my list.

I hope that Ruby's trackers find something soon. It is hard acting normal around these imposters. I have not felt any bonds breaking so maybe we'll find our missing soon now that we realize that something isn't right. I just wonder why we can sense things now and couldn't before. It must be some seriously dark magic. That reminds me I still need to meet with Elroy before I leave this morning.

Elroy POV

I had a meeting with the Alpha this morning and he went over all the notes on pack business. He left me with a list of training exercises to do with pack warriors. He left me a list of supplies to get for the pack. I also have to tend to his business meetings. He is a successful businessman and has grown the business his father built. Also being close to the city, he has invested in real estate. I have to do some inspections and get some properties surveyed. I will take care of his business as it is my job. The good thing about this scheme is that I've made some good money. I sent my sister Emma to feed those captives some time ago. I'm not complaining about her leaving me alone. I just hope she hasn't gotten herself caught.

Emma's POV

I'm back at the secret dungeon and after I feed these mutts and my nieces I'll be asking questions. Maybe get some answers. Since I can't very well talk to my Eldon aka LeRoy I'll be talking to Patty and Cindy and get some answers before I get back with my brother. I think that these wolves are on to us or at least not as clueless as we thought. Cindy! Patty! Can you talk? I'm down here in the dungeon feeding these captives. Sorry ma'am no we can't our mates are being extremely attentive. They have stayed glued to our sides. Can you tell me what happened to the herbs in the basement of this packhouse? WHAT! Do you mean someone took all our herbs? Then how are we supposed to make more masking sprays or smell enhancers? We currently smell like sweat probably the only reason they haven't smelled is the fact we're not a werewolf. Have you seen your father aka Luna LeRoy? No ma'am not since the other night when Micky found us together in the basement. Girls, why don't you ask your mates if they would mind if you came down to the basement to tend to your herb garden? I thought you said it was gone. asked Cindy. I did but they don't know that. Alright, I will ask Micky and get back to you. I have more questions for you 2. Yes, ma'am Mom says to Patty. How can I help you while Cindy talks to Micky? I noticed that there is no awful baby smell that comes with diapers and bottles and the usual things that I had when your kids were little. That's easy since we're married to the Beta and Delta we get money for various pack expenses. Diaper Genie is an awesome invention and we bought plenty of cute clothes for the baby. It is family after all. Every time we went shopping for baby stuff we just said it was for the baby Luna Cora is expecting. Smart thinking glads you are taking care of your family. I'm going to try your father.

Eldon! I would like to talk to you dearest. Through telepathy only my love. Eldon, do you know what happened to the girls' herb garden? No one has any masking spray or scent enhancer. No clue my love. I have been confined to my room as trackers have followed my every move. I think that they may suspect something. I have avoided Ruby all day because I can't go down to the dungeon with these trackers watching my every move. Did you ask the girls? I did and they were unaware that the basement had been cleaned out. I feel maybe we should be prepared to implement plan B. I was thinking the same thing. I gotta go dearest Cindy is trying to reach me via telepathy.

Mom! Mom! I need to talk to you. Yes, daughter, I was talking to your father aka Luna LeRoy. Okay so how is he doing? I mean in the same house and can't even talk to one another. I hope you and Dad have an alternate plan. I'm about sick of these wolves no matter how awesome the s*x is. I asked Micky about the herb garden and he assured me that I had nothing to worry about and that some omegas had taken care of it for us. He did say maybe we could go check on it after breakfast tomorrow. However, we needn't worry as he made sure it was being taken care of by someone trustworthy. I don't know where they took it but it's not here and we may very well be going to the alternate plan.

Mauro's POV

Vaughn brought a list of names that include missing suspects and presumed dead. He and Mom make a valid point about how none of us felt any bonds breaking. My list is as follows:

Uncle Mel was rumored to be mates with a dark witch before he went missing.

Dad LeRoy's wolf Romeo's scent seems off and keeps disappearing. Mom is tracking him and he has resigned himself to his room.

Female Beta Cindy small wolf Sarah doesn't smell like a wolf.

Female Delta Patty is also a small wolf with no scent.

11 possibly 12 people unaccounted for or suspected.
