Ellen was startled awake by the loud door bell ringing. She groaned as she sat up and put on her bed light. "Who can that be?" she murmured to herself as she pushed off the covers from her body and stood up. She took off her robe from the hanger and dropped it over her shoulders before she tied it firmly around her waist. Her mind began to think of who could be ringing the door bell. She had been thinking of the fight between herself and Varian, and she had fought the urge to call him up before she put herself to sleep. As much as she wanted to talk to him, she wanted him to apologize for his sudden burst.
