CHAPTER EIGHT:

ARIA POV CONTINUED:

Mr. Rodger said "Ms. Aria Moon would also like custody of her younger sister, Tonya Marie Moon. Seeing how unfit her mother is to take care of her."

The judge said "fine, she has two months to get a house, a job and put Tonya through schooling and her mother must stay away from them till the two months are up." The judge went down. Jack looked at Aria and said "when I get out I'm coming after you." I went to Toby and Tonya and hugged them. His parents said "Congratulations Aria." I hugged them and said "Thank you. I couldn't have done it without your support and your belief in me. That means a lot to me." They smiled. We all went out of the courthouse and Toby said, " You were great in there."

I said "you were too."

Mrs. Dodger said " Tomorrow we are going to celebrate your winning Aria."

I said "you don't have to."

Mr. Dodger said "yeah we know but we want to." So we all went back to Toby's parent's house. Once we all got to their house, we went inside, we walked into the living room. I noticed there was a small blue box on the coffee table. I noticed Toby got really worried. I didn’t understand why, then Toby said “sorry, that is for my dad. It is his present for my mom for their anniversary.”

I said “ Oh then, he shouldn’t leave it around the house so she would be able to find it so easily.”

TOBY POV:

When court was over, I was so happy with the outcome. I saw Aria’s face, it was a straight relief. When she hugged me, I just hugged her back and Tonya got into the hug. I noticed when we left the courthouse. Aria’s mom was walking out crying. When we got to the car, her mom was literally glaring at Aria. I mean, if looks could kill, she would be six feet under. But I wasn’t going to tell her, because Aria deserves to have relief for a little bit, she doesn’t need to have added stress from what her mom thinks. We started driving. I knew when my mom was going to give her a congratulations dinner. I knew it made her uncomfortable but she needed to let someone be there for her and love her like family. Once we got to the house. We all started to walk to the house and once, we started going into the living room and I saw Aria’s hand right on the ring box, so I had my dad go get it for me because Aria needed me at the hospital with her. She needed someone, she needed me there with her. But once she saw it on the coffee table, she was walking towards it when I stopped my dad and I said ". She found it dad. What do I do do"

My father said "tell her it is my anniversary present."

I walked behind her and said "hey, that is my dad's present for my mom."

Aria said," Oh, then shouldn't leave it around the house so she will find it."

I said "you're right."

Aria said "I'm going to cook you dinner." I didn't even know she could cook. That surprised me. Tonya said "she is a great cook." Aria walked into the kitchen and began. Tonya and my parents and I were living and we started watching TV. While watching TV, I kept thinking about what she was making.I felt the air, whatever she was making, smelled really good. I got up and went into the kitchen. I saw she was attending to something on the stove. So I came up from behind her and put my arms around her and hugged her while she was cooking. I kissed her neck. Aria kept giggling and she told me to stop because it was tickling her, and she had to get dinner done. I said “fine, I will leave you alone for now.” With that, I walked back to the living room. I think when she was almost done with dinner, she stepped out of the kitchen and went to the dining room to set the table. When she was done setting the table, she went back to the kitchen. Just when she was walking into the kitchen, the timer that she had set went off. No, she didn’t know I was watching her cook. She looks like she is in her element. She looks so beautiful, the way her eyes light up. She brought the food to the table. Once everything was on the table, she said “um, everyone, it is dinner time.” We all went into the dining room. Just when we were all about to sit, there was a second timer that went off. Aria excused herself. About three minutes later, she came back to the table. She was carrying rolls. My mom said “ Oh dear, this looks amazing.”

My dad said “ My wife is right. This looks and smells amazing.” Aria smiled. We all sat down, we all ate together. Once dinner was over, Aria went to do the dishes. I was watching, my mom came up to her. My mom said “Aria, you don’t have to do the dishes.”

Aria replied, "I know, but I feel like it is my job since I made the mess, if that makes any sense."

My mom said "well it is not. But thank you for doing the dishes." Aria smiled, and she continued to finish the dishes. She came up to where my dad and I were and asked “um, what time do you want me to come to start?”

My dad answered "10:00am".

Aria said "cool. I will be there and thank you." Then Aria started walking towards the door, then she turned around and said "Good night Mr. Dodger." Mr. Dodger looked at her and smiled and then looked back at the TV. She was heading to the barn. I went outside to catch up with her, once I caught up with her. I said "Aria." Aria turned around to me. I was kind of out of breath.

Aria asked "Toby, what's wrong?"

I replied "nothing, I want to be with you if that is bad."

Aria smiled and said "no. I want to be with you as well. Come on, let's get inside. It is cold out here." So we went in. I was looking at her.

Aria said "Alright, well, I'm going to take a shower, okay?"

I said "Wait, Can I give you a kiss?" Aria came over to me and said "then why don't you kiss me." I leaned in but before we could kiss each other there was a knock on the door. Aria shrugged and went towards the door. Aria opened the door and saw it was Tonya. Tonya was scared. Aria asked "Tonya, are you okay? What is wrong?"

Tonya replied “I got scared and I didn’t want to be alone. I just want to be with you. Please can I stay here with you? I miss my sissy.”

Aria said “ Surely get in here. It is cold outside.” Tonya went inside, and smiled at me. I smiled back. Tonya said “ Hey Toby. I didn’t know you were here.”

I said “ Yeah I am here. Did you take a shower in the house?”

Tonya said “no I was going to take one in the morning.”

Aria said “ Oh no, you need a shower. Plus, taking a shower will help you get relaxed and

fall asleep.

Tonya answered "okay." Tonya listened to her sister and got in.I couldn’t help going to watch her with her sister. She will be an amazing mother. I then went over to Aria and started kissing her.

Aria said "when we get Tonya settled and to where she is fast asleep, we can finish what we were doing before we get interrupted by Jack.

I said "okay." Then Tonya got out of the shower and went to the couch and she fell asleep while listening to the radio. Aria and I checked on her and then they went to the bedroom. I started kissing Aria. I stopped and asked "are you sure honey?"

Aria replied, " Yes, I'm sure. But do you have...?" I nodded my head and we started kissing again. We began having s*x. We finished a few hours later. Aria set the alarm for 5:00am. I couldnt fall asleep right away, but Aria was out like a light. I kept thinking, didn’t want this to end. Aria is it for me. I don’t anyone else. I just want to make her smile and laugh, to protect her from everything. And if she wants to adopt Tonya, I will be there for both of them. With that thought in my head, I fell asleep. I fell asleep with Aria on my chest.

The alarm went off. I woke up and noticed the shower was getting turned off. I noticed Aria was awake and smiled at me. I knew that Tonya was already in the shower. Tonya got out. I am glad that the bedroom is a little dark because neither I or Aria had clothes on. I rubbed her back. Aria went up really close to my face and said "good morning! Last night was amazing."

I replied "good morning beautiful. And yes, it was amazing last night! I love you, Aria, so much, and will you be my date to my mom's dinner party at 9:00pm?

Aria said "I love you too, Toby. And yes, I will be your date."

I said “sweet and you better get ready for work today, but first." I kissed Aria, and she kissed me back. We pulled apart, Aria got up and walked to the bathroom. I was smiling while I was watching her walk to the bathroom. She got into the shower. Five minutes later, she was done and out of the shower. She was doing her hair and I went into the bathroom and said "can I come in to take a shower?"

Aria replied "yes." So I went into the bathroom. She was doing her hair and I kissed her neck, then went to take a shower. Aria put her hair up in a bun. Then she went out of the bathroom.
