Chapter 15: YOU'RE A WHAT???? PART II

"Mother! are you alright?", Angel asked as he helped his mother stand. "I'm fine dear. I guess it's time we sat down and talked about our history". Laura and angel exchanged confused looks. "Well dear, for starters, you were born a vampire. We had a witch to alter your memories of what happened that day. You see... your father was half human and half vampire. when he told me I accepted him even though I was just a human girl when we met. I kept his secret and we both thought we wouldn't be able to have children due to him being a vampire. That all changed when I became snappy and emotional. I went to a doctor and sure enough, I was about 4 months pregnant with you. Your father whisked me away to this place where there were vampire doctors, and we made this land home. Once they realized I was human and your father was half human and half vampire, they moved away from this land. it was unheard of for there to be a half human half vampire to ever exist, so we were treated like outcasts. So we raised you how your father's parents raised him,assuming they knew he was a hybrid. As you started getting older, you would have wars between your personalities. We didn't want untrustworthy humans to know of your existence, so we had a witch to make medicine to fight the hybrid shifting. It worked, but somehow you found out that you were special. You didn't know in what way, but you knew. Soon, you were an adult and your first mission was to change your name. Sadly, when you came home, it was to a thought to be dead father and a badly hurt mother. your father's vampire side activated when his human side died,but before he left, we had the same witch to alter your memories. We wanted your memory to progress and seem like you were turned into a vampire along with us when you reached a certain age We wanted them to be futuristic so you'd think this happened recently. You're actually almost 70 years old and your father turned me so that you'd have someone here with you while he researched hybrid vampires in secret". Silence filled the air then Laura shouted, "YOU'RE A WHAT?????
