Laura finally snapped herself out of her daze, one that Cody already noticed she was in. Yet, Cody kept his composure. After all, he'd just ended things with Laura and wished her happiness. Angel: " All of your tests look normal so far Mrs Johnson. Aside from your temporary memory loss, I'd say it's safe to discharge you. remember to do exercises for you brain to help you regain your memory, but don't go to the extreme or you will hurt yourself. I will get the paperwork ready and a nurse will be back with instructions. you're welcome to prepare yourself for discharge." Ann and Frank were both at the door to hear the news and they both were elated.
Ann: " You're more than welcomed to stay with us until everything is back to normal honey." Frank nodded in agreement and so did Laura. As they waited for the nurse, Laura recalled seeing a small hint of blood on Angels lips. She shrugged it off seeing as he was a doctor, there was no need for second thoughts. The nurse came in and instructed Laura and her parents on her daily regimen and the family and Cody left. Still, there was something about Angel that Laura couldn't shake. And it wasn't just his good looks.... What could this feeling be?
