Chris POV
After finishing with the woman, I left her lying on the bed. I felt drained and decided to head to the bathroom for a shower.
While showering, my Minnied drifted back to the encounter. She was so still, letting me take the lead. But all I could think about was her flawless skin and full breasts. She was mesmerizing. I haven't met anyone with such an intense gaze and pure body. Then... her innocence. Oh, man!
After my shower, I stepped out of the bathroom only to find the woman gone.
Where did she disappear to?! I searched the room but she was nowhere to be found. She left without a word. And she hasn't even received the $50,000 from me yet. I glanced at the bed, noticing bloodstains on the sheets. I might have been too rough with her. I forgot that I was her first. But let's be real, she probably doesn't care much about her first time.
As I got dressed, I spotted something on the floor and picked it up. It was the student card of that woman.
"Well, well, looks like our paths will cross again, young lady."
Hey, I'm Chris. I'm 27 years old and I have a twin brother named Chandler. Despite our similar looks, we're quite different. Well, except for one thing - we both seem to be interested in the same woman.
If you had to describe us by color, I'd be "black" and Chandler would be "white".
I'm more reserved, not one to chat much. Chandler, on the other hand, is outgoing and always smiling, something I rarely do. Maybe he's taking all the smiles that should be Minniee.
My past life story is quite intense. From childhood to adulthood, I lived in Hong Kong with my father's siblings. Besides studying, I had to practice fighting and shooting guns because my family was involved in the mafia. It's a dangerous life and we are always on the edge. I could die or kill at any moment. When I returned to New Orleans for two months, I had to help my family manage businesses like casinos, clubs, and other shady dealings. I work alongside my cousin, The Dragon, who is older than me by two years. Love is something I fear, which is why I've chosen this path. But that doesn't mean I've never loved anyone before. During my time in Hong Kong, I secretly admired a woman. She was beautiful, with captivating eyes and a sweet smile. Despite being just an ordinary woman working to support her family, she captured my heart. I followed her in secret, growing more fond of her. It's surprising how someone like me, known for my flirtatious ways, could fall for her. I mustered up the courage to confess my feelings, only to be rejected. She already had someone she liked. And that's why I despise love.
The next day, Chandler showed up at my condo.
"Hey, Chris, are you gonna race cars this year?" If I had to talk about my favorite thing in life, it would definitely be driving cars. I'm a speed enthusiast, I love racing. As for Chandler, he sometimes joins in the races, depending on his mood.
"Won't miss it," I replied.
"Oh, you're really good at it. You're good at everything!" He teased me before continuing. "Uh... Mom asked me to make sure you get home safely."
"Racing is one of my favorite things and I am always careful."
"Anyway, what happened to the girl from yesterday? Was she cool?" Chandler asked, raising his eyebrows.
"Well, yeah." When talking about the woman, the image of that woman popped into my Minnied. I didn't mention that she wasn't the same person I thought she was.
"Oh, when I was heading here in your condo awhile ago, I saw a really cute girl. She’s actually my type, but she seemed scared. I don't know why. As soon as she saw me, she ran away."
I turned to look at Chandler. The girl he was talking about could be the same person I had encountered yesterday.
"Why are you staring at me? It's giving me goosebumps."
"Nonsense." I said, standing up to my full height.
"Where are you going?"
"Going home," I replied, walking away without paying any attention to him.
"This guy, leaving without even saying a word. Wait for me, I didn't bring the car!" Chandler shouted from behind, running to catch up with me.
I hate it when Chandler talks so much... I can't tell if it's annoying or not. He can talk all day long.
