821 Words
Sira ordered a luxurious car to take her home, feeling miserable after her dress got torn at the prom. The car pulled up to the grand entrance of their mansion, a sprawling estate with beautifully manicured lawns and a fountain at the center. The house was a stunning example of modern architecture, with large windows and a sleek, contemporary design. As Sira stepped out of the car, she walked up to the entrance, where the door was opened by their butler, Jenkins. "Good evening, Miss Sira," he said, his voice warm and respectful. Sira walked into the foyer, where she was greeted by the warm glow of the chandeliers and the soft hum of the air conditioning. The interior of the house was lavishly decorated, with expensive artwork and furniture that reflected her parents' wealth and taste. Her mother, Imelda, was sitting in the living room, sipping a glass of grapefruit juice and reading the newspaper. She was a woman in her late forties, with a youthful appearance and a warm smile. Her hair was styled in a chic bob, and she wore a elegant outfit that accentuated her figure. As Sira entered, Imelda looked up, concern etched on her face. "Darling, what happened? You look upset," she said, putting down her newspaper and glass. Sira explained everything to her mother, who listened attentively and sympathized with her. "Oh, sweetie, I'm so sorry. You must have felt so embarrassed." Imelda called out to the maid, "Please, serve dinner for Sira. She's had a long night." Sira nodded and went upstairs to freshen up, feeling grateful for her mother's care. As Sira walked upstairs, she walked up Sira reached her room, she collapsed onto her bed, feeling exhausted. She lay there for a moment, staring at the ceiling, before getting up to change into something more comfortable. Meanwhile, downstairs, Imelda was talking to the maid, instructing her to prepare a special drink to calm Sira's nerves. "Make her some chamomile tea, dear. She's had a rough night." The maid nodded and hurried off to prepare the tea, while Imelda sat back down in the living room, looking thoughtful. At the prom, Sia was still having the time of her life. She was posing for photos and laughing with her friends, feeling like the belle of the ball. As the night wore on, Selena walked up to Sia, looking concerned. "Hey, Sia, I'm worried about Sira. Do you think she's okay? She left pretty abruptly." Sia smiled and reassured Selena, "Don't worry, she's fine. She just had a little wardrobe malfunction. I'll make sure she gets her awards and stuff." Selena nodded, still looking worried. "I'll check on her tomorrow, make sure she's doing alright." Sia nodded and continued to enjoy the party. As the night drew to a close, Sia said goodbye to her friends and headed home, feeling happy and content. When Sia arrived home, her mother asked her about the party. "How was the party, dear?" Sia replied, "It was fine, Mom. Sira's not feeling too well, though." Imelda nodded sympathetically. "Where's Sira?" Sia replied, "She's upstairs. She had a bit of a rough night." Imelda's expression softened. "Poor thing. I'll go talk to her." Sia went upstairs to see Sira, who was lying in bed, browsing through her phone, then sira look up and smiled when Sia entered,'hey sis' she said putting aside her phone, Sia sat down beside her and explained everything that had happened at the party, including how she had collected Sira's "Best Student" award. Sira listened, feeling grateful to her sister. "Thanks, Sia. You're a lifesaver." Sia smiled and handed Sira the award, which Sira accepted with a smile. Just then, their mother, Imelda, walked into the room. "Girls, I've been thinking about your college plans," she said, a warm smile on her face. "Sia, I've looked into some great programs for you in the modeling and fashion world. I'm sure you'll excel in this field. You're so talented and passionate about it." Sia's eyes lit up, and she leaned forward, eager to hear more. "I'm thinking of applying to Parsons School of Design in New York. It's one of the best schools in the country for fashion. What do you think, Sia?" Sia nodded enthusiastically, and Imelda turned to Sira. "And Sira, I've been looking into some great business programs for you. You're so smart and driven, I know you'll do great things. We can look into schools like Harvard or Wharton." Sira's face brightened, and she started thinking about her options. The sisters chatted with their mother, discussing their college plans and options. After a while, Imelda stood up. "Girls, it's getting late. Let's go downstairs and have dinner. I'm sure you're both starving." Sia and Sira nodded, and the three of them headed downstairs to the dining room. The table was set with a delicious meal, and they sat down to enjoy dinner together.
