Julian’s POV

I looked at the clock for the third time and turned my attention towards the door, wasn’t she going to come look for me, I know she hasn’t been here before or was she able to find her way around without even asking me, I sat there feeling guilty for leaving her all by herself after all this is just her first day of being married to me, I had been in my study for 3 hours and I felt the need to take a cool shower, I stood up from my chair and walked out taking quiet steps to my room, opening the door I met her curled up on my bed looking like an innocent toddler, was she this small and fragile when I first saw her I asked myself, just then she woke up

“What are you doing here looking at me like that ”she asked

“What do you mean, the question should be what are you doing in my room” i said surprised by her audacity

“Isn’t this supposed to be our room”she asked me

“Who said this is our room, we are not sharing a room wife” i said irritated

“You would be shown to your room by one of the guards” i said taking off my shirt

“What are you doing, are you going to take your shirt off in front of me” she asked looking paled

“This is my room I have every right to do that wife” i said walking up to her she moved back jumping like a scared cat

“You have to stop thinking about her Julian, she isn’t your type” i said walking out of the bathroom, i put on a trouser and shirt and left it unbuttoned, I went out of my room towards the dining, I met Steve my senior guard

“Have you seen my wife” I asked him

“Yes boss, she asked for the keys to her room since then she hasn’t come out”

“Okay, tell her to join me in the dining” i said taking my seat

I saw her walked down the stairs immediately, she was still in that night wear looking like seduction itself I felt my bulge with my hands and took in a sharp breath before speaking

“Join me Genevieve, let’s eat” i said she stood there staring down at me like some lost puppy

“Do not waste my time wife, let’s eat” i said getting annoyed

Genevieve sat down on the chair opposite Julian and ate slowly, picking on the food

“Why are you not eating wife”

“I do not have any appetite”she said lazily

“I do not want you to die while being my wife you’re already so small, so eat your food” i said slowly not wanting to scare her

“I do not have an appetite forcing me to eat when I don’t want to would only have me throwing up, and I know you wouldn’t want me to waste your food master Julian”she said looking annoyed

“You wouldn’t do that wife”

“Then let me go to my room, i just want to rest”

“You’re excused” i said

She stood up and climbed the stairs up to her room, suddenly everywhere felt quiet, this wasn’t quietness the dining felt empty,like something was missing, I have never felt this way before, what’s changing I thought to myself, since she arrived i have started having that feeling of pity which I have never had
