“Welcome, young men, I've been waiting for you,” said Mandra Shakti as he pointed for them to sit on a pillow and offered both men two warm cups of tea.
“You've been expecting us?” Grey asked.
“But we didn't schedule an appointment or inform you that we would be here," Grey said suspiciously.
“Oneness with the universe is being one with infinite knowledge. One may not totally be able to foresee everything, but what you need to know, the universe shows you; the universe is bigger and more complex than you could imagine…" Mandra said as he turned to face Adam,
“Don't you agree, my friend?”
Adam was lost for words. Mandra had a warm and lovely aura about him; cheese and butter could melt before his glowing presence. He smiled and had so much brightness around him if you were still, you could almost hear lovely music playing with gentle tingles of heaven's bells. He is the most handsome Indian male you'd bet you've ever seen.
Furthermore, he had long grey hair, a bright face, and broad shoulders that indicate he exercises well and rigorously. Moreover, he is gentle and poised, so full of grace; if not for the hairs, slim frame, and flat belly, you'd have thought you sat right before Buddha himself.
“I've seen things, I've been to places, and it felt like that's where I belong. I want to go back there even if for a second, but I don't know how, and I fear nothing would ever pacify me if I don't see that place one more time,” Adam said.
“There are many worlds, many futures, and many pasts, and an adventurous soul would always feel a sense of belonging to every one of the worlds and timelines he is privileged to visit.” Mandra said as he sipped from his cup of tea.
“Is there a way for me to go back there? Even for the slightest minute?” Adam asked. To which Mandra gave another sagely response.
“You see, my friend, in the grand scheme of things, we don't go to places; places come to us… When there is a mutual desire where the place you want to go most eagerly wants to come to you, there'd be oneness and balance. Otherwise, travel as far as you want and search as hard as you can; you'd be back to where you're supposed to be, right where you started from.”
Mandra kept silent as he looked intently, as though looking into the depths of Adam's very soul.
“How do I know if a place wants to come to me?” Adam asked.
Without breaking his intense look, Mandra responded,
“Like a woman in love, when her lover wishes to see her, she, too, most earnestly wants to see him. And when she hears a knock and opens the door, he is standing right there.”
Adam leaned forward with much growing curiosity and asked,
“How do I knock upon the universe or upon places?” Mandra pointed to a huge white hall and said,
“By desire and soul sojourning… Follow me.”
He and Adam entered this large hall, and every other outside distraction was shorted out. All bright white, not a hint of dust or even the tiniest spot could be seen anywhere down the hall.
“Am I under hypnosis?
Are you hypnotizing me?” Adam asked.
“I'm not a psychologist, my friend, and even if I were, I would need your permission to do so. I am a spiritual man, and I help people find answers that the physical world can't provide”
“This is not hypnosis; you're being influenced by the power of this space. Through consecration and practice, this hall has become a portal or a gateway into many worlds of existence, many dimensions, and many timelines. Here, you can go to places or revisit timelines your soul has seen or existed in." Mandra paused, then continued,
“The closest you can come to finding meaning in it is called astral projection.”
“What I want to do for you here is not to take you to where you saw yourself during your coma but to teach you how to do soul travel. When you have mastered it, you'll be able to do it on your own in your space, as frequently and for as long as you want.” Mandra Shakti responded.
This was all becoming a whole new body of knowledge to Adam. Mandra's words seem to go forth with so much power and influence, it was as though you not just hear, but see and feel exactly what he's saying. If he said he was a spiritual man, Adam had no doubt. It was evident, and it was real.
“Now, let's choose to visit somewhere you've been to before, here in this world and in this timeline. It is safer and less draining to travel within your domicile world and timelines. It's the best for training and practices.” Shakti said as he held Adam by his hands.
"Close your eyes, shut your ears, open your heart, and breathe in rhythm with me,” were the instructions given by Mandra.
After breathing calmly for about 10 minutes, Mandra whispered,
“Imagine you're in a dark tunnel, and far ahead in this dark tunnel is a distant light. Begin to walk slowly towards the light. You're hearing distant sounds from that light, but don't be distracted. Keep walking towards the light… the closer you are to the light, the brighter it shines. Now you're much closer and can see that the lights are rays from a very bright room, escaping through the door. Walk up to the door. Now you're at the door, Adam; open that door and step inside…"
Adam pushed the door and entered into what seemed to be a delivery ward. On it lay a blonde woman, almost lifeless, and she was cut open as the doctors struggled to preserve her tiny baby. She had been involved in a ghastly motor accident and had been severely injured. She beat the induced ketamine and regained consciousness, and her words to the doctors were “Please save my baby, please,... save my ba... baby..." One of the doctors grabbed her reaching hands and assured her they were doing just that.
It's a boy! Another doctor screamed. The woman raised her head to take a look, smiled, and almost lifelessly whispered, “Call him... Call him Adam… Adam Sandler…"
Her head dropped back lifeless with her eyes wide open and a soft smile on her face… The monitor gave a long beep sound, and the tracking of her vitals read that she's gone.
“Mother…" Adam whisper softly with teary eyes as he dropped to his knees with an ocean raining down his eyes. He had witnessed his birth through astral projections.
