Monday came very fast. All the students in the neighborhood started preparing for school. Especially dear Kylie! She wanted to look a bit different today by wearing a short blue dress with flower patterns on it and a black leather jacket. She styled her hair and packed it to a ponytail. She also grabbed the sunglasses her mom bought for her. "Pretty as ever" she said to her reflection on the mirror and went out of her room. Moon went after her with a soft fur. "Breakfast?" Sarah asked Kylie. "No mom. I have a lot of homework to submit and I need to be in school early" she replied and grabbed an apple from the table. "Okay darling. Have a nice time at school!" She yelled as her daughter went out of the house. . Kylie walked towards her school feeling uncomfortable with the way everyone kept on staring at her. Her heart was beating fast but she just adjusted her glasses an kept on walking with her earphones in her ears. She finally got to school few minutes early and submitted her assignments and projects. She returned to her class and saw everyone staring at her. She didn't care, she just walked to her seat and brought out her history book waiting for the teacher. Cindy and Lily entered into the classroom smiling when they saw Kylie. "Wow Kylie. You look so beautiful today" Lily said and sat beside her. Cindy sat in front of her admiring her hair. "Your hair is really soft and nice. Tell me your secret" she said jokingly. Kylie was forced to laugh. Jackson suddenly entered the classroom, of course with Madison. She was just sat she wasn't sitting beside Jackson. She didn't understand why they all wore sunglasses everytime "See you after class sweetheart" she blew him a kiss and went to her seat. Everyone stared at her in disgust including Kylie. The history teacher suddenly entered the class. They all sat in order and stared at her. "Good morning class. Today's topic will be about myth!" She said and wrote the topic on the board. She kept the marker on the table and stared at them. "It's going to be an interactive class and I want everyone to participate" she said leaned on the table. "So, anyone who knows about any myth?" The class was silent until Lily raised her hand. "Yes Lily. Tell us!" "When I was a child, my dad told me that when I use my fingers to widen my mouth. It would remain like that" The whole class bursted into laughter. "That's a funny myth. Who else?" A lot of them raised their hands. They spoke for a very long time until Kylie raised her hand. "Yes Kylie" Their gaze diverted to her. "I just want to ask a question ma'am" Kylie said slowly. "Go on my dear" Kylie cleared her throat and stared at the teacher. "I read a book and I saw that witches and vampires are real. How true is that?" Cindy and Jackson stared at each other. The teacher sighed. "I'm not sure Kylie. They are also myth" "I disagree with you teacher. I believe those two are real!" Madison said and hit the table. The teacher frowned. "How can you prove them? Those two are never in existence" she said. Madison stood up in anger as he eyes slowly turned red. Jackson whisper some words to her through her mind. She listened to him and slowly sat on the chair. Her eyes went back to the crystal blue. "I'll go with whatever you say" she said and folded her arms. "So, Kylie. Have I answered your question?" Kylie nodded her head. . "Good, now write these in your notebooks" They brought out their notebook and slowly write what the teacher was explaining. . . Lunchtime, everyone went have their meal. Cassie chose a simple meal and went to sit with her friends. They all chatted as they ate. Some of the vampire started to murmur if Kylie was already a vampire because she saw the sunglasses the whole day. "So Kylie, what would you say about your dad?" Someone asked. "I don't have a father. He died the day I was born" she said. They all felt sorry for her. Cindy placed a hand on her shoulder. "I'm fine guys. I've gotten over it" she replied. They still weren't smiling. . Jackson walked into the school Cafe with Chris, his best friend. He has been helping with the mission to find the demigod. He decided to come back to college. They grabbed their lunches and stared round looking for where to sit. The girls were just taking pictures of him. Chris sighted Kylie as she made everyone laughed with her funny jokes. "We should go sit with them. The new girl seems to be so cute and beautiful" They both left and sat with Kylie on the round table. Jackson also sat with him. Kylie sighted them and ignored them. She continued talking to them. . "Why didn't you come to class this morning?" Jackson asked Chris. "Oh, come on. You know that I don't like history. It's a really boring subject" he replied. "Whatever, we are having English next. I just hope I pass the assignment" Jackson said. "No one can defeat me in English!" Chris said proudly. "Hmmm, show off" he replied and started eating. They weren't listening to what Kylie was telling her classmates but we're staring at her. "She is damn cute. I'll make sure she falls for me" Chris said and dug his fingers into his hair. Jackson rolled his eyes and continued eating in silent. . The bell rang after some minutes. Everyone returned to the classroom. Kylie waited for the English language teacher because she can't wait to see her scores. She spent a lot of time writing the essay. The teacher suddenly entered into the classroom carrying everyone's notebook. Kylie could see the nervousness in everyone's face. The teacher banged the books on the table and stared at everyone's face. "Good day class. I've seen your assignment. Some of you did awfully, some tried but only one of you gave me what I want" They started feeling scared, they hated their English language teacher. "New girl! Come, help me distribute the books to them" she said. Kylie stood up without fear and walked towards the table. She grabbed the books and started distributing them. Thanks goodness she finally know everyone's name. She walked towards Jackson and placed his book on the table. "Thanks" he said. She smiled weirdly. That was the last book but she didn't find hers. "Kylie!" The teacher called out. Kylie turned and stared at the teacher. "You are the only one that made me smile when marking the essay. I love yours, keep it up" Kylie smiled and collected the note from the teacher. As she opened it, some of her classmates came to have a look at her score. "You have to teach me English also" Cindy said again. Kylie laughed. . "Now, let's start the class. Welcome back Chris! " . . After the class, Kylie went to her locker to grab her bag. Chris walked towards her with Jackson beside him. "Hey new girl" Chris said leaning on the locker in front of Kylie. She turned her neck and saw Jackson behind her, also checking his locker. She stared back at Chris who was staring at her. "I'm Kylie, not new girl Chris" she said and slammed her locker. "Pardon me sweetheart. I was surprised that you scored the highest in the English essay. I'm back now so, I'll be challenging you to scoring more scores" "Bring it on play boy!" Kylie rolled her eyes and left with her bag, putting on her earphones. "Kylie!" She turned and saw Jackson holding her handkerchief. "You dropped this" he said. Kylie walked towards him and grabbed them. "Thanks Jackson" she said and turned to leave. "Wait Kylie, let me walk you home. My sister left me" "Sure" she replied with a smile. Chris frowned because Jackson was lying. Cindy was still in the classroom. Jackson walked out of the school with Kylie. Some of the cheerleaders saw Jackson with Kylie and stared at Madison. "Madison, isn't that your boyfriend with the new girl?" One of them asked. Madison turned and saw Jackson walking with Kylie. "She just want to take him away from me. I won't let that happen" she folded her arms as she watched them disappear into the street. .
