Seraphina and I were waiting for the timer to go off and once it beeped, she got up and asked me what it means when it has two lines. I screamed and, in the process, I scared the hell out of her and told her that she is going to have a baby. She looked at me and went pale and she dropped to the ground and passed out on me. I screamed here name and ran to her and I screamed for the doctor and she ran in along with Santo and Luciano. When Luciano saw Seraphina laying on the floor, he ran to pick her up and brought her inside the room and laid her down on the bed. He asked me what happened to her and Santo came out of the restroom holding the pregnancy stick. He had the biggest smile on his face and asked me if he is going to be a grandpa? I looked at him and smiled yes, he is. Luciano looked at both of us and then looked down a Seraphina and he asked if he is going to be a father and I smiled at him he immediately picks Seraphina up and hugged her in his arms. I had the doctor check Seraphina to make sure that she is okay. Luciano told me that we need to get her into the hospital have a thorough check on her because she took a bad beating from The Punisher when they kidnap her.  Santo agreed right away, and he said that she took a lot of kicks and punches to the stomach. But the doctor told us to go ahead and go with her and she will take her back right away. Luciano picked up Seraphina bridal style and carried her to the car so that we could take her to the hospital to make sure the baby is okay. I was a nervous wreck because I just found out that my daughter is pregnant and on top of that I just got my daughter back. I pray that everything is okay for my grandchild and for my daughter!

We arrived at the hospital and Luciano refused to put my daughter down and he carried her inside and we followed the doctor straight to labor and delivery. Seraphina was still unconscious, and I was a little scared because she has not woken up yet. The doctor ordered an ultrasound be done on her and when they were getting ready to start the ultrasound that is when she came to. She asks the doctor what is going on and why is she here in the hospital the doctor told her that she is pregnant, and they have to do an ultrasound to make sure that the baby is okay. Seraphina looked at all of us and then she looked at Luciano and he told her that everything is going to be okay! And then she lost it and she started crying and telling him what if something is wrong with the baby with what they did to her. She said that the baby has to be okay! Luciano went and held her and told her everything will be okay and to let them do the ultrasound so that we can make sure. You could tell that she was terrified she couldn’t stop shaking. The doctor told her that she needs her to come down let them begin the ultrasound. When the doctor started the ultrasound the doctor was moving the wand over her stomach but she showed Seraphina and Luciano the baby and we all got to hear the heartbeat, the doctor said that the baby is doing fine and that she is a month long. Seraphina started crying tears of joy she was so happy and hugged Luciano and he told her that he is so proud of her and that he loves her.

He was excited saying that we’re going to have a family! Santo hugged me because I am crying so hard, we just got our daughter back only to be blessed with having a grandchild now! I made a promise to Seraphina that we lost so many years of her life, but I am not going to miss a single second of my grandchild’s life. After the doctor printed out a picture of the sonogram of our grandchild, she gave a copy to Seraphina and one to us. I was so excited, and I had a hard time keeping still. Santo told me that I needed to try and calm down and I told him that I am just so happy with how everything is turning out. I asked Seraphina if she wants to go shopping for baby stuff. Luciano said that maybe it’s a good idea that she has some rest first given that she passed out. The doctor agreed with Luciano and Seraphina said that she would like to rest as well. She told me that she really hates shopping and being around people. I looked at her with my jaw dropped and I was like who hates shopping and my daughter raised her hand with a sheepish smile on her face. I could not believe that my daughter hates shopping. I told her fine then but once she has her rest we are going to go shopping and she looked at me while rolling her eyes at me and she said fine but that she is not going to like it though. Luciano and Santo both laughed at the face that she made. I couldn’t help it but laugh as well. The doctor went ahead and cleaned her up and gave her a prescription for prenatal vitamins and told her that she needs to follow a proper diet and that she needs to make a follow up appointment with a doctor here. Seraphina said that she will find a doctor and Luciano said that he will find the doctor for her and that all appointments will be held at his home. Seraphina looked up at him with a confused expression. He told her that he will tell her later when they get home. She nodded her head at him, and she went ahead and fixed her clothes and got up from the bed. Luciano asked her if she is feeling okay and she said yes that she is fine. He asked her if she could walk or that he would carry her. She looked up at him and told him that she could walk, and she said that she is pregnant not an invalid. She just rolled her eyes at him and he looked like he wanted to tell her something else but the look that she was giving him had him rethink of what he wanted to tell her. I couldn’t help but snicker at her feisty side, she gets that from her momma. I looked at my husband he was having a hard time holding in his laughter as well. I asked if they were ready to go and Seraphina looked up at me smiled and she said yes that she is ready.

Santo just couldn’t help himself and he told Luciano well aren’t you going to carry her out to the car like you carried her in here? Seraphina looked at Luciano and she asked him that you carried me in here? Luciano looked at Santo with a “what the f**k look”, and he turned to Seraphina and he told her yes and she said are you f*****g serious Luciano? Her cheeks were red from embarrassment and she said that you just wait until we get home, I’m going to kick your ass. Luciano bent down to her ear and whispered something to her, and her eyes grew wide and I could see that her body shivered and if it was possible, I think her cheeks became more red. I could see her nod her head and Luciano picked her up in his arms. She was pouting with her arms crossed over her chest and Luciano had a smirk on his face as they walked out. Santo and I both burst out with laughter at the scene before us. Seraphina said that I could hear that, and we laughed even more. She said that you guys suck!
