" I can't bare the sticky behavior of the crowds outside my company Lora, it's your job to make sure all the guards do their job, I won't want this to repeat itself again, did I make myself clear?" I asked Lora my assistant manager of my company, she was the only person that could directly approach me. gosh being a hot news anchor and the CEO of the biggest broadcasting company can be extremely frustrating, well I loved it, I love the challenge and everything that comes with it, but lately I've been complaining about it, most specially the attention it's giving, mum and dad just literally left me for the states, I guess he was being honest about punishing me for loving a poor boy before, but now I've got Donald, his rich and all I need in a man, so why won't they return, I've told them about it, well I'll just have to show them prove. Donald and his family has always resided in the states, I only got to know about him, one time when I went for a business conference in the states and that's where we started our relationship, now I'm back to my home country we've been in constant communication online and by phone calls, I said while sitting calmly on my chair in my office. "well, he'll be coming to see me next week and I can't wait to have him here" standing up and walking straight to the window, I sighted a tall young handsome looking fellow, I giggled, he was acting all funny standing like a molded status outside while the crowds tried to ask him questions. "I bet it's questions about me, gosh the last presentation was a disaster, and I've got all news agencies trying to bring my company down, if only they had given me the accurate info, then maybe ours won't loss originality than the once presented yesterday on the news, and the worse was that I had to be the one to give out that news, this is bad" I said as I walked back and forth. "Lora, get me every details and every investigation report, on how that last presentations info was made, I need every little detail alright " I said while taking to Lora via the phone. "phew!!!, I said as I rested calmly on my chair. "Ella Windstone, you can do this, you are a strong woman" I said to myself as I placed my left hand on my head while blinking my eyes slowly and shaking my head.... ******************************* "you know what happened the day before yesterday?" said one of the walkers In the company as she drew a fellow worker by the side. "I heard the CEO gave a false news live on TV the day before yesterday" "oh yes, I heard that too, and I also heard it was her rivals that much have cause the real information to be replaced with a false one" "are you sure of what you're saying?" said one of them. "I don't know, that's the information going around now, even my friends from the other company are saying the same thing, then again I heard it was the boss that tried to steal the real information from a certain broadcast agency , I can't really remember it's name " the other said. Inhaling and exhaling slowly, I could literally breath as I stood there staring at them after coming out of the elevator, I mean how would they notice I was the one standing at their backs if they weren't so focused In their annoying conversation. I immediately walked by, suddenly they stopped talking and muttered, "have a nice day ma" I couldn't care less about them as I took out my sun shades and wore them, anyways the only thing I could do if they got to my head was to simply fire them, I thought to myself as I walked out of my company with five bodyguards all around me. "gosh, they are still here, I hope I make it to my car in one peace" I said as I ran to the car with the crowds chasing after me. inhaling and exhaling slowly I muttered quitely to myself, "being a big shot news anchor isn't a joke" I could literally see the crowds chasing after my car as we left for my place. I noticed instantly as we stopped at my place the driver who drove the car, it wasn't my usual driver, "excuse me and who are you?" I asked calmly as I waited so anxiously in the car for his response as he kept mute with his sun shades on. "I'm JO ma'am". he replied, sitting steal and staring at the wheel. "so, what's your business driving this car?" "I had to sit in for your driver he got into an accident, you weren't briefed about but his been taking care of at the moment" he said as he took off his sun shades. immediately I noticed it was the guard I saw before from the window of my office, he scared me for a moment, driving me like that with out my permission, I inhaled and exhaled slowly as I reached out for the door of my car. "don't please, I'll do it, since the other guards aren't here yet with the other cars" "well alright" I said as I sat still waiting for him to open my door. I walked out, not to steady on my shoes I could see myself falling to the floor already, as he caught me, holding me by the waist and putting me back on my feet, gosh his scent was something else, I wasn't one to notice or admire anyone, talk less of a bodyguard but truth be told my heart did skip as our eyes met when he held me by the waist, oh no it's stupid to think I'll love some as low as a guard, I swiftly waved the thought away as I braced myself and walked into the house I could tell he didn't notice the change of expression in my face, well better that way.
