Today was our meeting with the social worker. They decided to give us three months to prove my business is a success. In my opinion, if you offer good food and excellent service, you'll have success. I usually watch a lot of nightmare kitchen. It laid out what not to do, but honestly, some of those places were so obviously doing it wrong. I'm not making those mistakes. My place is modern and clean. It's not cluttered, the service is friendly and efficient. My kitchen is organized and clean. I believe that is why my business is doing so well. She had seemed to be impressed as well but said that she would still have to run it by her supervisor. Her reaction made me feel a lot better though.
