PROLOGUE

3rd POV:  Samuel  fell on his knees after walking so far. He didn’t endure the emptiness of his stomach nor his blood hardening on his skin from his bruises. His mind is clouded with the overwhelming pain in his chest that feels like being stricken again and again. He looked up and his tears started to flow.   “My god, why have you forsaken her?” his voice was shaking.  The dark skies were torn apart by a bright golden light and the voice of god was heard “I didn’t forsaken her, Samuel” sadness evident in god’s voice “Then why did you let her die?” asked by the broken angel.  “Human actions are beyond my power Samuel, they have my gift of free will”  Samuel stood up, his eyes shooting daggers in the sky. There’s a strange feeling that’s starting to grow inside of him and it is slowly eating him.  “She spent her life loving and devoting you and you didn’t even think of  saving  her from your filthy humans who have no humanity?!” darkness and the smell of death loomed around him as he screamed in agony when he tore off his glorious wings from his back.  “You neglected to save your favorite human, now you lose one of your angels”
