AUBREY’S POV
Hot tears streamed down my cheeks as I sent Ace the message. My hands trembled, and my throat bobbed. I didn't want to leave him, I didn't want to but I had to.
I just killed the only woman that was left for him as a mother. That was never my intention, it was never my intention.

“I’m sorry.” I cried as I wheeled my box out of his mansion. His men looked at me confused, wondering where I was going with the box in my hands but none of them stopped me.
