Chapter 6

Alison pov

I can feel the alcohol and crying of last night it is taking its toll on me, my head is sore and I feel very dizzy. But unfortunately it's school today at least it's Friday today I have to get ready, as i walk to my dresser my eyes catch something, my hair is standing in all the direction you could imagine my eyes are puffy from all the crying and the none sleep. I need to get to the shower I pull a sun dress and my Jean jacket with some black anklet boots with matching underwear, I never wear miss matched underwear. I finish showering and dry my hair and put it in a messy bun, I have about 20min before Lisa will arrive to pick me up for school.

As I go down the stairs to the kitchen I get the smell of pancakes and bacon. It's like my mom is reading my mind. "Good morning mom, breakfast smells delicious" I say as I sit on the stool in the kitchen. " Good morning sweetheart, how was the party, I didn't even hear you come in" mom asked while putting a plate of pancakes and bacon in front of me. " It was fun mom, Lisa and I had a lot of fun dancing and I met a guy named Clayton, he is very sweet" I said before stuffing my face with the food. "When will I be meeting Clayton?" mom eyed me suspiciously. " We only just met we will probably never see each other, he didn't even ask my number" I said shrugging it off. When I'm finished, I put my plate in the sink and thank mom. I go and get a bottle of water and some aspirin. "Bye mom, Lisa is taking me to school". I say while opening the front door. Lisa is already here waiting for me this girl, is always on time.

"hi are you ready to talk about last night?" Lisa looks at me questioning" hi thanks for picking me up, no not yet but Collen is a ass" I said dead serious.

As we arrive at school I see his car is already here, o great today is going to be fun I think to myself. We have homeroom first as the bell rings we get to class and take our seats. I hear everybody giggling and looking at me. " Lisa what's going on why is everyone laughing and looking at me I" whisper ask her. It's about the fight last night with Collen and Clay about you, Collen has never had a fight about a girl" she whispers back at me.

The day was quiet and Collen has been avoiding me, which suits me just fine, but I couldn't shake the feeling of disappointment even though I wasn't up for his insults today.

Finally the last bell went, time to go home as I walk out, I hear someone screaming my name and I knew that voice no no no Please not now I almost had the whole day of peace and quiet. My heart started beating so fast I could barely hear myself think and my breath sped up as well.. I turn around to see that he is calling me over to his car. " can I give you a ride I just want to apologize for last night" he said scratching the back of his neck. " yeah, sure" I say not to over eagerly.

I got in his Camaro and we sped out of the school parking lot and onto the road. "Where are we going" I said very worried. " you will see, don't worry I'm not going to hurt you" he said with a smirk.

We stop after 30 Min of awkward silences, it was the most beautiful place I have ever seen , it had a stream with gorgeous big trees running along the stream, you could hear the birds sing and dancing to their own rhythm and there were bunnies jumping around as well. "This is so beautiful, I say in amazement." I come here when I need time alone" he said smiling.

We sat and spoke a little and putting our feet in the water. We had fun and I totally forgot that he was so mean to me, but just for a second. " You should stay away from me, I don't do the dating thing, we should just go on like we never knew each other" he said while grabbing his shoes and walking to his car, " are you coming?" He asked.

I was still shocked to say the least. What happened we were having so much fun and then all of a sudden it went bad. I took my shoes and walked to the car.

It was a silent drive to my house, when we got there we said our goodbyes and he didn't even give me a second glance.

I got in the house and I could hear him speed away. Thank goodness mom is not here yet. I just started crying sliding down against the door. Luckily tomorrow I can just stay in bed and best of all I don't have to see or hear from that ass.

I check my phone and I have a message from Lisa" how was the drive from school with the asshat"? And a message from a number I don't know. " I'm sorry about what happened at the party last night, I would like to make it up to you and get to know you more. How about a movie and dinner tomorrow night ? I will be waiting for your answer in anticipation. " Clay.

Tomorrow is already looking much better, I smile to my self. I start making my way to my room to have a shower before mom gets home. I guess mom will be meeting Clay after all. I smile to myself.

Yes, that sounds great, I send back full on smiling. this will be my first date, yes I was a party girl, but never going on dates type of girl, my tummy is full on in butterfly mode.
