CHAPTERone:An affair with my mom?
My mom is having an affair with my fiancé. Those words kept ringing through my head, as I stood by the door watching the treachery right before my eyes.
Staring at my mom moaning like a b***h in heat as my fiancé Brandon thrust into her with brutal force. Her voice was raw, shameless, echoing off the walls of our apartment the same bed where I had dreamed of our future. “Yes… f**k me harder, Brandon,” she gasped, her legs wrapped tight around his waist, nails digging into his back. The wet, filthy sound of skin slapping skin filled the room, mixed with her desperate, satisfied whimpers. Every moan felt like a knife twisting deeper into my chest.
The very man I sacrificed everything for. The man I was supposed to spend forever with. Four years of useless, blind love. Four years of quitting my poetry dreams just to please his parents so they would accept me as their daughter-in-law. All for this?
I couldn’t breathe. My legs felt like they were glued to the floor even as my stomach churned violently. *This can’t be real. Please, God, let this be some sick nightmare. But the smell hit me next thick and the unmistakable scent of s*x and c*m hanging heavy in the air. My vision blurred with hot tears as everything started spinning.
“Oh my goodness… S…Sophia!” my mom stammered the moment she noticed me, quickly yanking the sheets over her naked body. Her face didn’t show guilt. If anything, there was a flicker of smug satisfaction in her eyes, like she had finally won some twisted game.
“Sophy…” Brandon called out, turning toward me, his wet, hard c**k still hard and glistening as it sprang free. He looked shocked, but not nearly sorry enough.
I couldn’t hold back anymore. Tears poured down my face as I wiped at my eyes with shaking palms, desperate to clear my vision, praying this was all some cruel illusion. My knees buckled. “Sophia… I swear I can explain,” he started, stepping closer.
“Explain what?!” I screamed at the top of my voice, my throat raw. “Explain what exactly, Mother? That I caught you moaning my fiancé’s name on......our bed?!”
My mom just looked at me with that shameless, almost bored expression No tears and No real regret Just mild annoyance that I had interrupted her fun.
“No, Sophia, I can explain Just listen to me, please,” Brandon begged, still naked, reaching for me.
“Stay the f**k away from me!” I shrieked, backing up. “And get that shameless d**k out of my sight!”
I paced the room, Trying to put my sanity together back as tears blurring everything as rage and heartbreak crashed through me in waves.
"How could they do this to me? After everything? I gave up my life for him. I ignored every red flag because I thought someone finally loved me the plus size girl nobody wanted."
“You’re a shameless woman, Mom,” I spat, voice cracking. “A complete disgrace. Sleeping with your own daughter’s fiancé? After all the men you’ve been f*****g behind everyone’s back? What the hell is wrong with you?!”
My mom simply smirked as she got up from the bed, not even bothering to cover herself fully. “C’mon, Sophia, calm your f*****g ass down. What happened isn’t actually a big deal.”
Not a big deal? The words echoed in my head like a slap. I wanted to scream until my lungs gave out.
Brandon sat on the edge of the bed, casually pulling on his trousers, avoiding my eyes. When my mom came out of the shower, something inside me snapped. I lunged at her, grabbing a fistful of her wet hair and yanking hard, swinging her across the room with every ounce of pain I had.
“Get the hell off her, Sophia!” Brandon shouted, grabbing my hair and shoving me violently. My head slammed into the wardrobe with a sickening thud.
“Ouch!” I cried out, pain exploding behind my eyes as I staggered.
“Don’t you dare touch me again, you bag of fat,” my mom hissed, her voice dripping with satisfaction as Brandon shielded her. She looked almost pleased watching me break.
Rage like I had never known surged through me. I grabbed the vase from the bedside table and hurled it at Brandon. He dodged at the last second. “Don’t you ever call me that!” I roared, my voice breaking with years of buried pain. *All those years of bullying, of feeling invisible because of my curves, and the two people who were supposed to love me are the ones who destroy me like this?*
“Stop all this, Sophia. It’s not worth it,” Brandon said coldly, still protecting her.
“You can’t beat your mom, Sophia,” he added, as if I was the crazy one.
The betrayal cut deeper than any physical pain. My chest heaved with sobs. “Let’s cut the act, Brandon. It’s getting pathetic.”
He looked at me with zero remorse
“I don’t understand… what act?”
My hand flew to my mouth to stop the scream building inside. My heart felt like it was shattering into a million pieces.
“Look, Sophia… all that happened between us wasn’t supposed to happen,” he said flatly. “If not for your mom, I wouldn’t have even proposed to you.”
The words landed like bullets.
“Do you really think I like plus-size girls?” He let out a mocking laugh that sliced me open. “Be realistic.”
I broke completely. Anger, shame, and unbearable pain flooded every inch of me. I rushed forward and slapped him hard across the face.
“You f*****g bastard! How dare you!” I screamed, tears streaming down my chest.
Brandon’s eyes darkened with rage. “Don’t you ever lay your hands on me, you thing!”
I couldn’t take another second. Everything hurt too much the betrayal, the body shaming, the complete destruction of the future I had built in my head.
My eyes filled with shock as I couldn't believe my ears for the first time.
"I never loved you Sophia."
