Chapter Fifteen "That was fun, always wanted to try out sword fighting" Toby said with a broad smile "Yeah' me too, bow and arrows are cool but not as fun as a sword" "Swords are more dangerous" Indigo pointed out "Exactly why they're more fun" Jacob laughed. "It's not everyday you get to do that" he added "Next you'll want to be using the cannons" Silver replied, 'Is that an option?" Toby asked with a mischievous facial expression. "You're not funny" Indigo told him, but even she was unable not to smile at him as she said it, she leaned against the tree they were all standing under, "When do you think we're going to see Merlin?" she added "You're obsessed with him" Silver noted "I'm not obsessed, I just think it would make this experience a whole lot more fun" She stated "If you mean getting in the middle of two people with magic powers trying to hurt each other is fun, I think you will need to think again" Jacob remarked "He might show us some magic without that happening." Indigo offered. "Yeah maybe," Toby answered "Or maybe that's the myth part." Jacob pointed out, "You have to remember Ind' this part of the merlin, Morgana and all the other sorcery parts could just be just that a myth" Jacob stated sitting himself down on the grass, as standing was starting to feel uncomfortable for him, both Silver and Jacob copied him. "I don't think she wants to believe it's a myth" Toby pointed out "I don't either" Sliver agreed. "The stories have to come from somewhere." Indigo pointed out "Yeh' someones imagination." Jacob replied. That evening left the group and went walking around the court yard she was walking watching the knights when she bumped into someone, "Oh my goodness i am so sorry, I wasn't watching where I was going" "No, don't worry about it, are you ok?" the short dark haired guy asked her, she hadn't seen him before not in or around the castle "No really I am sorry, this is all new to me, so I'm kinda swept away with everything" She explained. "I should have been paying more attention." "They say that about me all the time, but it's hard too sometimes." he told her, with a wide smile. "You live here though don't you?" she guessed. "Yeh' I Live at the back end of the caste" He admitted, "I don't know why I'm telling you that" he told her "I have a trusting face, but really I might be a stalker" She teased "You seem to kind to be one of those" he assured her "I'm Indigo" She told him, holding out her hand "Merlin" he answered taking hold of her hand for a brief second he froze. "Whoa you and your friends are really not from here" He said taking a step backward for a second. "How did you know about my friends I never... She started, then remembered who she was talking too, "The Myth is true" she added "What myth?" "You're The Merlin" She gasped almost star struck. "You have magic" she said "SSsh are you trying to get a man hurt around here" he said taking hold of her arm and pulling her off the court yard, once in a secure place he turned her to look at him "You mustn't talk about magic here, its forbidden" he whispered. "Sorry, I'm just kind of...well I didn't think I was going to meet you, believe me I'm so glad I have" she said like a crazy fan. "Sorry I'm just so excited to have this happening right now...I'm talking to Merlin as in the real life Merlin." She said all excitedly allowing it to take over her for a moment. "Could you stop that for a moment, I'm flattered your happy to meet me, but you need to stop that, I'm just Merling the normal person here" he told her, "A carpenter, ood work man and whatever else the castle requires of me" "Like constantly saving Prince Arthur" She whispered "How do you now that?" "Your highly spoken of where we're from" she told him truthfully, "Although some people don't believe magic actually exists, so you have your believers and your none believers, things just aren't as cool where we're from, well unless you ask Silver." she explained. They spent a little while talking as for the first time she was able to talk about what had happened where they had been and where they were now. "So you have no idea where these gates are?" He asked raising an eye brow up at her, she shook her head slowly "We never do we just walk around until we find it, here has been the only place we've stayed so long, but that's mainly because we ended up in the cells and i met everyone but you" she admitted. "So you've been holding on just to meet me" he said, "That and being unable to find the door, plus none of us know if where it will really take us" She confessed. "There must be a reason it's chucking you in to random times though" he said "Do you reckon you could help us work it out?" she asked him politely "Sure I can try too" he told her "Have any ideas why it might be happening?" "There's a few possibilities, but will probably have to look in to it more." He told her "Come with me I would like you to meet my friends" She said. "Could you stop saying that word, you don't understand if it's even mentioned you end up in cells" "Been there done that, not really wanting to do that again, but cheers anyway" she said, "although it wasn't for talking about the word I cannot mention" she told him "You like it here" he guessed looking at her as though she was strange "Yeah I actually do" She admitted, "Your friends don't like it so much especially your female friend Silver" "You are just the coolest" she replied.
