Saved By The Ruthless Alpha

A full bloody moon shone in the darkness of night making the surroundings look so tainted with blood, animals were running, birds are flying away, as a shout of a Luna echoed in the dark forest of the west mountain. "No! Please don't kill him! Please! Please! Let us go!" She pleaded with the Vampires but no one seemed to hear her, they ignored her plea. She trembled, she cried but these things never help them to escape. She’s a Luna, but she doesn’t know how to fight. “F*ckers! Let go of her!” An Alpha shouted, and attacked the vampires without hesitation. He knows very well that this situation is too dangerous for him to win. But how can he ignore it when his girlfriend is in danger? The young Alpha changes his form into a wolf and attacks the vampires who were holding his woman. “This sh*tty wolf does not know how to surrender!” An arrogant smirk plastered to the vampire's lips. A chaotic situation that surprises the two wolves, they did not expect something will happen like this. The romantic date under the full moon becomes a disaster for them. "Run! Run now Lily, save yourself!" the young Alpha commanded his girlfriend to run. The desperation leads him to do anything to protect the Luna he loves and cares about. Even if Lily did not want to, she changed her form to a wolf and ran away from where her boyfriend and the Vampires are. Her whole body trembled in fear when she saw a vampire chasing her in the woods. It's her fault that their lives are in danger now! If only she did not ask his boyfriend to walk and see the beauty of the moon tonight, then this won’t happen. She can’t forgive herself when something bad happened to him. Lily made an endless run when someone suddenly pulled her, the Vampire had already caught up with her! “Got ya!” The vampire immediately threw Lily into a tree, she felt very sick in her body as she falls to the ground, she could hardly move her whole body because of what the vampire did. Gradually she returned to human form. “Go away! Don’t come near me! You are a dirty vampire!” She shouted trying to be brave but her tone can’t fool the vampire. He came closer and closer to her place; the sound of dried leaves cracking added horror to her. "Do you think you can still escape us? You can't come out alive here now, maybe the Alpha with you is already dead by this time." the vampire smirked and pointed the knife to her neck. It quickly cut her skin. “You blood smell so nice.” He said. “You are crazy! You can’t drink my blood, let go of me!” The Luna tried to snatch the knife and stab the vampire but the knife only touched his face. She immediately stood up and walked away from the vampire who was now holding his injured cheek, soon the wound on his face was gone. His eyes become redder, not because of the moon but because of his desire to kill her. Lily's hand trembled as she held tightly the knife she had snatched from the vampire. The vampire laughed louder and in less than a second, it was in front of Lily. The vampire gripped the woman's hand tightly and pointed the knife at his chest. "If you want to kill me, hold the knife tightly like this and stab me here. That way you can kill me." It said in a horrible voice and quickly pulled Lily's hair and threw it on the ground and sat on her stomach. the vampire took the knife from her hand and lifted it so that he could stab her when suddenly a knife pierced the vampire's chest. The wounded and bloody Alpha, Lily's boyfriend, arrived. "Henry," Lily whispered and began to cry seeing the Alpha's condition. "Hush, don't cry, don't cry." difficulty the Alpha said as he wiped Lily's tears with his bloody hands. She was stunned when suddenly blood came out of Alpha's mouth, his body was full of wounds. "H-Henry! Get up, let's go back home right away, I'm sure they can do something to your wound." Lily said while trying to help him to stand, but the Alpha was now very weak and could hardly stand up on his own. He looked at Lily and tried to smile. "G-Go home first, if we both stay here long and new vampires are coming, we will both be damned. Go back and ask for help." The Alpha said emotionless, still trying to show that he can still handle himself. Alpha Henry didn't want his girlfriend to worry about him and let her be in danger if she spent time with him. He feels that he won't last long, he knows very well how badly his body has been injured but he doesn't want to let her know, he doesn't want to see her hurt, and he doesn't want her to choose to stay by his side more than to save herself. "All right, go and ask for help from our pack and make sure they will be here immediately.” He commanded again with a gentle voice and a soft smile plastered on his face so even though Lily didn't want to leave him, she was ready to leave when the Alpha called her again. "Lily, I love you." The Alpha said with full of sincerity. Lily’s chest tightened because of that. "I-I love you too, Henry." She answered and started running, she couldn't stop the tears that had been wanting to fall in her eyes before, she knew in herself that the man was having a hard time, but she still hoped that they could save him so even she didn't want to leave it. She still left to ask for help. She runs and runs in the middle of the woods, under the blood moon only slight hope for her boyfriend. Luna took more than an hour to run just to get home, when she arrived, people who were still awake at that time were looking at her but she didn't care about that, she quickly approached the leader of their pack. "Wayne! Help me!" she shouted. Wayne's companions immediately approached and calmed her down. "What happened, Lily?" Wayne looked so worried and confused about what is going on. "Henry! Henry was wounded in the woods because we were caught by vampires." Crying, Lily says to them. Everyone in the surrounding gasped at what they heard, they can’t believe what she said. It’s been decades since something like that happened. “Prepare our weapons! Move, quickly! You, Lily, will be staying here.” Wayne said to her. “No! I want to go too, I need to know if he’s safe and will be back to me.” Lily plead to Wayne but the Alpha shook his head. “Look at yourself, you only become a burden to us,” Wayne said and left the omega crying. Although Lily wanted to go back, she was already weak because of the injuries she sustained, and for running back home, she didn't want to be a burden to Wayne and the help for Henry would be late. Wayne is right, so she stops herself to be a burden to them. Even if she doesn’t want gradually her eyes closed. ~ Finally, the sun rose again and Wayne with his group returned home, Lily quickly left the room to greet them. she immediately looked for the man but no Henry was with them. "Where's Henry? Why don't you have Henry with you? Is he already with the healer and being treated?" Lil asked them one question after another but everyone was silent. "You answer! Wayne! Where's Henry?" Lily shouted at them, her heart was beating so hard because of the nervousness, her whole body was shaking as well. Her tears welled up. "There was no Henry in the woods, we saw nothing but a place where there was the t-shirt he was wearing and a lot of blood around," said Wayne who messed up Lily's world. No! what she hears is not true, she is just dreaming. The young Alpha promised that it would follow her. There are still promises to her that are not fulfilled, how can he. She couldn't bear to have Henry by her side. "I'm sorry Lily but are you telling the truth?" Wayne asked her as if with accusation in his tone. "What do you mean." Lily couldn't believe the man's question to her, don't let them say she's just making up a story! "It's impossible, because of what you're saying! The vampires have no territory here and even if they do, I and my betas will know it immediately. You can't say that they attacked Henry as if I let them cross our border as Alpha leader!" Wayne shouted, and immediately wolves around began to be silent “No! I am telling the truth!” She shouted. “Make sure you do, because once I know you lying and just trying to ruin my reputation as Alpha leader of this pack then face the consequence of your action.” He stated that makes Lily's world barker, how can he accuse her when the Alpha who went missing happened is her boyfriend? From that time, Lily knows that no one is willing to believe because they are afraid to Wayne. Wayne protects his throne and tries to blame her for what happened to Henry. Wayne’s ego can’t accept that he didn’t properly do his duty as a pack leader and protect his wolves.
