"Mom where are we going?" a soft voice asked the lady who was driving down the road, the road leaded to a dense forest. "We are going to meet my old friends hon. It will take long, you can take a nap momma will wake you up when we get there." the lady smiled warmly at her adorable daughter, who was looking at her with her big almond shaped crystal blue eyes which went well with her auburn hair. No matter what she heard or saw or experienced her eyes always looked empty just like her emotions. "What about dad?" the little girl stares at her mother. "He is already there waiting for us sweetheart." her mother smiled widely at the thought of her mate, Xavier Black waiting for them, she saw how her mother's eyes twinkled making her green eyes look like emerald. Taliana's shiny red hairs casacading down her shoulders had Ella wondering who she resembles the most with -her mother or her father. Ella do have eyes like her father's, just a shade darker than his electric blue ones -crystal blue. But her hairs are just like her mother's, maybe a shade lighter than her mother's shiny red hairs -auburn. "Why are you smiling mommy?" the little girl asked with a straight face. "Because I'm happy Ella." her mother stated. "Feeling or showing pleasure or delight." Ella stated, remembering the definition from the dictionary her mother made her learn. Her mother smiles sadly at Ella, knowing how her daughter doesn't have emotions. "Mommy this smile looks different from the earlier one." she points at her mother's face. "This is a sad smile hon." her mother sighed. 'Atleast she can see the difference' her mother sighs. "Feeling or showing sorrow." she stated softly. "Why are you sad? You were happy earlier so why are you sad so suddenly?" "These are emotions which we feel and show them. This is how it works hon." "Why can't I feel these emotions mommy? Is it because of my disease?" Ella held her mother's eyes through the rearview mirror. "Yes, because you have alexithymia, but don't worry you will overcome it. Hang in there sweetheart." Ella saw how her mother's eyes were glassy while she was speaking about her disease. "An expression of distress, pain or sorrow." she stated softly to herself and nodded. She looked out of the window, she saw trees passing by, birds flying around freely and the wide sky that was just as blue as her own eyes. Taliana looked at her daughter sadly, Taliana was on the verge of crying. Seeing her pretty daughter struggling broke her heart but she has to stay strong for her daughter. Ella never cried once since her birth, not even at the time of her birth, which the doctor found odd. The doctor told them to observe Ella. After observing her they were sure she lacked emotions as she never expressed any emotions. Taliana Black thought it was just hard for Ella to express her emotions but it was not the case as one day Ella broke a vase accidentally which cut her hand, blood was gushing out of her cut. Despite being a werewolf, it takes a while to heal any type of wound. Ella was bleeding a lot yet the little girl did not cry or even frown. Ella watched her hand with a blank face, turning at her mom she asked what was she supposed to do. That incident confirmed that Ella had alexithymia. The doctors comforted the couple that their daughter can be cured. The couple started teaching their daughter about emotions and what she should do and not do in different situations. Being a werewolf with different abilities she would heal quicker than a human. Ella was a special child as she inherited her grandmother's pyschic powers and unfortunately her grandfather's alexithymia. _____ The car arrived in front of a big mansion, Taliana got out with Ella in her arms who was sleeping peacefully. A group of people came out to welcome Taliana. A man rushed towards her, his electric blue eyes held her emerald green ones. He smiled widely at her which made Taliana forget to breathe for a moment as her heart started racing wildly against her chest. "You are finally here Lia!" he exclaimed like a bubbly teenager. He took her and Ella in his arms, which had sparks flying all over her body. She was smiling ears to ears. He took his daughter out of his mate's arms to his and ruffled her hairs, "My sweetheart" he wispered softly to her but she was fast asleep. "Welcome to Silver Knight pack Lia!" Isabella exclaimed as she gave Taliana a bone crushing hug. "Liiiiaaaaa!" Andrea came and joined in the hug as well. "Bella! Oh God I..ca..can't breathe." Isabella let go of her as her honey brown eyes sparkled while looking at her bestfriend after so long. "I missed you so much. Oh god I have so much to talk about." A hand wrapped around Isabella and she was pulled back to her mate's arms, same happpened with Andrea as she giggled in her mate's arms enjoying the sparks flying throughout her whole body. "Welcome Taliana. Long time no see and this is my Beta Andrew Clifford." Alpha Zack Knight smiled warmly at her as he held out his hand. "Zack, Andrew." she shook both of their hands. 'So Andrea's mate turned out be the Beta of Silver Knight pack. A couple came towards them as Taliana recognized the man as Ryder Flemming, the Gamma of the Silver Knights pack. "Hello, I'm Stella Flemming." she offered a warm smile which Taliana gladly returned. "Nice to meet you Stella!" "Welcome Taliana Black." Ryder noded at her. "Ryder Flemming." Taliana noded back at him. "Let's go in mate." Xavier Black escorted Taliana inside with Ella in his arms fast asleep. _____ "She is so pretty." a low voice came. "How old is she?" another voice asked. "Who is she?" a whisper asked. "She is Aunt Taliana and Uncle Xavier's daughter, Ella Black. I think she is around our age." a melodic voice answered as Ella opened her eyes slowly, only to find out four kids were staring at her. "Owh! she is awake!" exclaimed the little girl, her hazel eyes sparkling at Ella in utmost excitement. A little girl and three pretty boys were sitting on the bed surrounding her in a circle. Ella sat up and looked at them with a blank look on her face. The little girl had hazel eyes with honey brown hairs. Her hairs were tied in a pigtail. A little boy on her left looked the carbon copy of the little girl but his hairs were a dark brown and his eyes were caramel brown. Next to him stood another boy with dirty blond hairs and sea green eyes but the person who caught most of her attention was the boy who was sitting on her right, staring at her with his silver like grey eyes, he had jet black messy hairs. He was staring at Ella with such intensity which send a shiver down her spine. Ella held his silver like grey eyes with her crystal blue ones. Then she heard the melodic voice again, which had caught her attention from the very start. "Hi, I'm Eirick Knight, What is your name?" Eirick beamed at her, his silver like grey eyes were twinkling at her. "I'm Ella Black, six years old." she said with a blank face yet everyone else were excited. "Hi, I'm Arianna Fleming." the little girl with hazel eyes and honey brown hairs grinned at Ella. "I'm Andrew Fleming, her twin brother." the little boy with caramel brown eyes and dark brown hairs gave her a sheepish grin. "I'm Alexander Clifford, we are all six years old too!" another boy with dirty blond hairs and sea green eyes exclaimed. Ella stared back at them with a blank face but Eirick noticed how Ella's eyes twinkled for a second when she held his stare. Her crystal blue eyes had a tint of violet. Eirick noticed every little detail of Ella. "I'm hungry, let's go downstairs and eat." Arianna groaned as Andrew's stomach rumbled. "Come with us Ella." Arianna smiled at Ella warmly. The kids jumped down the bed as Eirick held out his hand for Ella. "Let's go." Ella looked at his hand for a second and then looked up at him. She extended her right hand slowly and took his left hand. Eirick held her hand tightly and smiled brightly at her. A jolt of electricity ran through them when they held hands -the first ever thing Ella felt, sparks flying throughout their body. Ella loved this feeling as she subconsciously tightened the hold, Eirick couldn't help but smile feeling as though he has the whole world. Eirick helds Ella's gaze, not missing how her eyes were lit -with a violent tint. He helped her get off the bed and leaded her downstairs but he never took his eyes off her. Eirick was curious about Ella. He kept observing her the whole time. _ _ _ _ In the dining room, everyone was happily chatting around while eating. It felt like the old times. Isabella and Taliana did miss Amelia and Bethany, as they both were in the human world. The human world did have werewolves and other creatures but mostly rouge and lone ones were settled in the human world. Everyone was free to go wherever they wish and wherever they wanted to settle down but as the ancestors had passed down, the old packs still called it "Human World" because in those regions humans outnumbered werewolves. Humans were aware of werewolves, vampires and other shifters co-existing with them. There used to be conflicts several decades ago but as the government changed, The Werewolf King including with The Vampire King and other representitive's of other shifters formed a peace treaty together, to co-exist in peace. Since the government of humans were relaible, the peace treaty was accepted by everyone. There were six packs, Black Riders pack, Silver Knights pack, Blue moon pack, Blood moon pack, Cresent Moon pack, Del Luna pack all located in one region of the North called as Raine Villa. All of them were allies, to fight against the rogue attacks. As the war against the rogues ended eight years ago, every pack was now in peace, living a comfortable life. Xavier Black and Taliana Black were the Alpha and Luna of Black Riders pack, which was the neighbouring pack of Silver Knights pack, which was ruled by Alpha Zack Knight and Luna Isabella Knight. "When did you both figure out about her pyshic powers?" Isabella looked at Ella as she asked Taliana. "When she was four. We were in human world, visiting Amelia and Aiden. We were all having breakfast, chatting around. Ella was eating the bread quietly and we adults were chatting while eating and suddenly I saw a jar of jam moving upwards, flying towards Ella. I s**t you not -everyone stopped moving. Xavier and Aiden went full on Alert mode, they thought we were attacked-" Taliana chuckled as she continued "-then the jar settled down in front of Ella as she opened the jar of jam and spreaded it on her bread and continued chewing, Oh god it was hilarious!" Xavier laughed along with Taliana as the other adults joined while the kids were all eating and messing around with each other but Eirick seemed to be listening to each and every word carefully while observing Ella. "She really is something." Andrea stares at Ella in amazement, as everyone else nods in agreement. "Is that why you wanted to visit Rachel?" Isabella asks as Taliana sighs. Rachel is a witch and also their old friend. "I'm just worried about Ella." Taliana admits as Xavier holds her hand, she feels a jolt of electricity throughout her body as she intertwines her hand with his. "Don't worry, everything will be fine. She will recover from alexthymia soon." Isabella encouraged. "Well what about Eirick?" Taliana asked as Isabella sighed. "No sign of his power yet. Rachel said it will be revealed at the moment Eirick will desire it. We don't know what kind of power he is gifted with though." Isabella expalined as Zack put his arm around her. "Don't worry, he is a wise child. Everything will be alright." Rachel comes from a very powerful, royal bloodline of witch. She can summon the oracle and foresee the future. As a pure royal witch, Rachel had to keep secrets. She can only give hints and tell a little about it even to her bestfriends. She knows about the Legacy. The Legacy of the era, which was going to unravel -soon. Suddenly a plate full of chicken nuggets started to move up in air and went towards Ella as everyone started at her in shock except Xavier and Taliana, they both were used to it now. The plate landed in front of Ella smoothly as she took one and ate with a blank face. "OH MY GOD!" Isabella exclaimed, her eyes wide in shock. "This is amazing." Zack watched her in awe. "Ella you are not supposed to use your powers in this way. See everyone is startled. You should ask to pass you the plate if you want something." Taliana scolded her. "But I was just looking at the plate, I didn't do anything else." Ella looked at her mother blankly. "Lia, she obviously cannot control her power." Xavier rubbed small circles with his thumb on the back of her palm in a comforting way. "Xav, this is what I'm worried about the most. She doesn't have emotions, what if -she hurts someone unintentionally?" Taliana sighs. "Don't worry, Lia. Rachel will help us find a way to control this situation. For now, Eirick and the other kids are there to take care of her. Right Eirick?" Isabella asks her son as he nods, "Yes Aunt Lia, I'll take care of her. She is my responsibility from this moment on." Eirick says seriously almost in an alpha tone as he helds Taliana's emerald green eyes with his silver eyes, his eyes are full of determination, curiousity and something else which Taliana couldn't pinpoint exactly. Maybe affection? Eirick turned to look at Ella, Ella was eating her chicken nuggets, his lips curved upwards subconsiously, as his silver eyes twinkled like stars at the sight of her, His eyes held Love. "See, my son will be an amazing alpha." Zack grins at Isabella as he proudly looks at his son. Everyone nods -some with amusement, some with a chuckle, while they continue reminiscing about their old days. The good old days they shared, the moments they shared, the laughs they shared, the happiness and sorrow they shared all together.
