Up the stairs Fey went. She saw the small groups of people having their private discussions but it seemed that none was paying attention to anything going on around them. She also saw lovers smooching in semi-dark corners, faces hidden from the light. The lovers could only be identified if a person came up close and that would be rude and unreasonable. Fey passed them all before she got to the upstairs convenience to do her business. In the convenience, all the four stalls were open so Fey knew she was alone.
