Bolting out of the door, I groaned as due to that daughter and father duo I had to leave my unconscious wife laying on the bed. The daughter was not embarrassing me in front of so many unknown people that her father now wanted for me to get insulted in front of my own mom. “Mom, why do you have to mind that old man’s words so much? You know how very well how his daughter is, right?” I said rubbing my palm down the face.
“But you should give her a chance, dear.
